Citricos Chef's Table

The person on the phone is telling me it's $800 per person, but on the website it says it's a minimum purchase of $800 per PARTY. Does anyone know? $800 per person seems a little outrageous to say the least. And we all know how accurate the phone people are.

1) Per party, min.
2) Also, the Chef's Table is in a separate room, away from the kitchen.
3) You DO NOT get to see cooking-prep-kitchen.
4) In our opinion, a severe disappointment.
5) If we book a Chef Table
. . . we want constant interplay with the chef/cooks
. . . we want the "banter" that goes with a Chef's Table Ressie
. . . we want to see what goes on
. . . we want to feel "a part" of the ceremony/pageantry
