At the moment my party is too big for the Chef's Domaine and we will (hopefully) be having our reception meal in the main restaurant, but I was wondering, should our numbers drop (which they might!), it might be nice to consider the CD.
Are there any F&B minimums to use the room?
Do you order off the regular restaurant menu or is ther a seperate one for the CD?

The F&B min. is $750.00 and you can order off the regular menu or work with the chef to create one. We have never done it, but are hoping to book it for an up coming family trip. We want to treat them to a nice first night dinner.
