Cirque Ticket Question

I’ve seen the la Nouba show at WDW three times in the past, and always ordered my ticket from the Cirque du Soleil web site on line. But this time the plastic card/ticket mailed to me seems to make little sense.

The ticket cost me 104 dollars, including shipping and handling. That’s OK, I ordered a seat in the highest priced area.

My ticket indicates section 203, row AA, Seat 18, curtain B. The seating chart shows section 203 to be upstairs, and row AA to be the front row in that center section upstairs. BUT the seating chart also indicates that there is no seat 18 in that row. There are fewer than 10 seats in that particular row.

I’m not overly concerned about my seat location, but the ticket seems to make no sense.

Anyone in the know care to comment?

Are you able to actually see the seat count (meaning the seat number for each seat in the row)? They have changed the "seating chart" since the last time I looked. It use to allow you to see the actual seat numbers, not the view from your seat.

Not sure if this would be correct, but it appears that section 203 is split by the entrance. If memory serves me correctly, the seats that would be in that opening are "counted" and the seats after it would continue as if the other seats were there.

For instance, row AA's first section might be seats be 1 through say 6, the missing section would be something like 7-15 and the other section would be 16-20. (Of course I have no clue what the seat numbers actually are, but it would make sense to me if the seats that would normally be in that opening, like the last couple of rows in 103 or the rows in 204, are "counted" as if they were there).

Does anyone have one of the old seating charts to see if that would be correct?

I appreciate your comments, but I'm still in the dark as to where my seat actually is. LOL. (Not of too much concern however.) I can not imagine why they would change the seat numbers, since everyone is used to them as they have been in the past.

It will be interesting to see where I end up. I'll find out at 6:00 pm, Saturday, March 18. Thanks.

I have no idea about your situation (sorry :confused3 ), but now I'm concerned about mine! I got Cirque Tickets through the Premium plan and made our ticket "purchase" three months ago. I didn't get any plastic card/ticket in the mail. I was given a confirmation number and told to pick up the tickets one hour before showtime. Was I supposed to get a ticket in the mail?

Thanks and good luck!

The above pster was correct...the first four seats in row AA section 203 (closest to section 204) are numbers 16,17,18 and 19. Then curtain B and the other side of row AA section 203 (closest to section 202) are seats 1-5.
