cirque du soleil how early to arive

We have tickets in December and the start time is 5:30pm. What time should we plan to arrive at the arena?

Maybe 5:00 -5:15.... Really nothing to do or see in arena. Once you get in you just need time to go to bathroom or get a drink/snack.
There is a small /short preshow.

So there are drinks/snacks? Is there also shirts and other items to buy?

Limited food.. Popcorn , hotdogs- arena food. In the past they had alcohol.
There is a mshe store on ground floor open to the public.
