Has any bought tickets tickets from Undercover Tourist for Cirque de Soleil tickets? It seems as though they send you a voucher and you have to go to the Cirque de Soleil box office to get your actual tickets.

That's the way ALL Cirque tickets are sold. They don't mail out tickets, you pick them up at the box office, which is very easy and painless.

Actually if you buy tickets on-line at Cirque's site, you can print your tickets out as soon as you purchase them. If you order by phone, you can have actual tickets mailed to you although for that they charge you for the mailing. Nevertheless, there is nothing wrong with box office pick-up except that you might need to stand in line for a short period of time and as long as what Undercover Tourist gives you is a receipt for actually confirmed tickets with designated seat numbers you should be fine.
