I’d like to book tickets to Drawn to Life for our upcoming trip in January. But being in the UK, there’s still a chance that travel may not happen. (I hope things will open by then, but I am not counting my chickens just yet…)

I felt comfortable booking the vacation because you can move or cancel with 7 days notice. But what about Cirque tickets? I don’t want to book nearly $300 in non-refundable tickets in case the trip isn’t able to go ahead… Can anyone please point me to their cancellation policy?? I can’t seem to find it. They have a COVID policy, but it’s not very helpful.

Many thanks!

I was looking at this myself for the same reason - basically, forget it - no refunds. Not sure if you can re-sell (maybe on here) but from Cirque direct looks like no.

I see Cirque and here I am wondering why people are talking about a Las Vegas restaurant on a Disney board. Whoops.

We want to see the show but I don't want to buy tickets in advance. It appears that same day tickets should be available so we'll only buy if we're there and ready to go. I've bought tickets to other shows (local concerts) the last year+ and didn't get to use them (covid crap).

Frankly looking at the seating maps it looks to be almost perpetually under-sold. There's still 100+ seats for this coming Saturday night.

Exactly! Every time I've looked at availability for a same day show, there have been plenty of tickets.

I don't know about refunds, but I had to change the dates of my trip after tickets were purchased and they were able to change the tickets to the new date without issue. Just took a quick 5 minute phone call.

I've heard the show isnt doing that well, which is surprising with all the Disney IP it includes.

I wanted to see it my last couple trips but I was dissuaded on trip 1 by the price and trip 2 by no refunds. I didn’t realize day of tickets were so easy to acquire. I never even thought to hunt up reviews.

The reviews are patchy, but without risking becoming political, some of the reviews seem to be reviewing mask wearing decisions rather the actual show.

I really enjoyed the show, but the masks were distracting. I don't object to them wearing them; however, I would've thought Cirque's costume department could've come up with something better than a solid black mask. If they would've coordinated them with the costumes, I doubt I'd have noticed.

Shoot! We were planning on going in a couple weeks (but waiting to purchase until day of). Disappointed to hear about the masks!
