We had a 5pm for tutto and arrived on time. the check in podium team were very efficient and the whole looby has a very luxurious and calm feel. wew were seated quite close to our ADR time.

The dining room is lovely, very plush and almost regal.

Review :

Lighting : 9.5/10 - almost perfect, the chandeliers are a work of art in their own right.

Noise level : 8.5/10 It could have been a lot worse considering the size of the room. The volume did increase every time there was a birthday, but this only added to the nice atmosphere.

Ambience: 9.5/10 there have done a great job with creating a great mood in the restaurant. the tables also are a decent distance apart and positioned quite well so you don't feel overlooked. Perfect really!

Food quality
: 10/10 no faults whatsoever . I love it here and I love italian food and it can be so bad in the wrong hands. good portion sizes.

service: 10/10 Our server was MARC, he was so attentive, we wanted for nothing. Megan notied that he was watching us from afar just to see if we liked what we were eating or if we needed anything . can't really ask for more.

dine again? :10/10 if I could I would eat here every day. We loved this place. If you like italian food then come here!!!! All said and done I think this would be our favorite out of all the places we ate this holiday :thumbsup2 well done disney.

Prices - our meal came to $160.82 (£97.46)

suggested tip :

18% - $27.18 (£16.47)
20% - $30.20 (£18.30)

We used 4 table service credits in total , the glasses of pinot were only $6.00 each, so we paid cash for tip and drinks.

Really enjoying your reviews. I really like tutto and the cannelloni looks really good.

after our meal we wandered around italy and i had a Bellini - peach puree and prosecco ...very tasty but perhaps a little too sweet for me after such a rich and filling dinner. cost $10

florida2009211.jpg

Definitely planning to go back to Tutto next trip! And I do love those bellinis! Agree that I may not want one after that big of a lunch but as a late afternoon pick-me-up .... YUM!

Friday 28th August 2009

We were up early so DH popped to get a Cinnamon roll and a fruit cup to keep us going until our ADR at Cindy's Royal Table he used 2 snack credits.

Our ressie was for 10.30 am and we arrived 20 mins early like the good little disney fans that we are. There was a lot of confusion and checking going on at the podium. I queued at the podium and got us signed in. i was given a card with a picture a stained glass window on and a big red number. It would appear that some people has NOT been to the podium and had joined the queue to have your picci taken with the princess instead, so a rather harrassed CM was trying to find out who should be where and all the time other guests were arriving. In the end she was shouting at people to move this way and that way: Most un-disney like, but we thought it was highly amusing and were :rotfl2:

We had our photo taken with Cinders, which was a little on the 'routine' side and a bit rushed.

we were then told that they were waiting for us upstairs,as if we should have been there by now, but our name wasn't called  so we made our way up the stairs and were seated.

florida2009274.jpg

We were served our drinks, we had coffee and orange juice and a plate of pastries

florida2009275.jpg

these were very fresh and tasty, but were a lot smaller than other pastries elsewhere. This wasn't an issue as you could ask for more.

We also got a bowl of fruit, which was also on the small side. again this didn't matter, and Megan and I shared this. But look how tiny it is for 4!

florida2009276.jpg

The girls were given wands and a nice little 'magic' occured when cindy arrived. We also saw Jasmine, belle, Aurora and Snow White.

Our hot food arrived: This was really delicious, well apart from the bacon which was floppy and tastless, but the eggs were amazing as was the little do-nut with sauce.I fell in love with the potatoes OMG. heavenly. Amelia was not impressed with her french toast and i can't work our why kids have such a limite choice! She would have preffered eggs like us...so we shared some of ours. We didn't have any seconds as the plates are large and we had plenty.

florida2009278.jpg

florida2009288.jpg

This meal used up 8 table service credits. It would have cost $104.69 this incl. tax and service gratuity (£104.69)

review

lighting Level: 9/10 - fab at breakfast and the stained glass windows are enchanting. i am not sure the after dark lighting would be so good.

Noise level
: 7/10 - quite nosiy considering the room is small and holds a smaller number of diners. also, every time a new princess was about to arrive an announcement was made, we could not understand a word of this, it was so muffled and distorted.

Ambience: 9/10 a lovely setting, very gracious, the tables and chairs are proper heavy ones and real linen napkins. Chairs and tables are pretty close together.

service; 7/10 no real problems and we had everything we needed, so its a bit odd really, but I just felt a bit second rate as the guests sitting next to us got a lot more attention and where having 10/10 service.

food quality:
8.5/10 food was excellent, but I think the fruit portion was tiny and ameila didn't like the french toast. i would like more hot choice for kids.

dine again?:6/10 I think it's very pricey for what it is. but we wanted to do the castle thing. I don't think we will go again it's a case of 'been there, done that, got the photo'. I also think if you want to see Princesses the breakfast at Norway is fab and cheaper, and you get to see Belle in her amazing gown. 1900 Park Farye is also a cheaper alternative for seeing Cinders and her sister are so entertaining.

We skipped lunch as we were so full from a late breakfast. The gilrs had an Ice-cream snack instead. 2 smack credits used.

florida2009309.jpg

florida2009310.jpg

I wanted to try a pineapple float. DH hates pineapples so he had a coke float.
I don't think I need to tell you just how good these are...

florida2009312.jpg

If there was a fan club for Pineapple floats I would join and make praise at the alter every day and I do not know how I am going to survive until I can have another one.

Later, at OKW DH had a beer and I had a Canadian club whisky with sprite.

florida2009317.jpg

up next ...dinner at wolfgang puck express.

we didn't quite know where to have our quick service dinner and i like the look of some of the food at wolfgang puck express, so we headed to DTD.

I had Chinois Chicken. this was really yummy and plenty of it. I couldn't finish it all.

florida2009324.jpg

DH had a beef pocket, but he can't remember exactly which one

florida2009322.jpg

Megan had a pepperoni and mushroon pizza

florida2009321.jpg

and amelia had a kids pepperoni pizza , which she ate lots of :thumbsup2
florida2009323.jpg

we also got desserts, 3 brownie and a cookie, whihc we ate later.

florida2009320.jpg

For a quick service, this was excellent value for money and a great use of quick service credits.

the bill came to $63.05 (£38.21) I wasn't sure whether I should leave a tip or not, :confused:as it was counter service, but then you sit down and you meal is brought out to you, as are your knifes and forks. We noticed that others diners just left without leaving a tip so we did the same and then I felt really bad, as they might have been like us and a bit unsure as well.( sorry if I was meant too :flower3:)

I would recommend this place, fab choice of food, freshly prepared and a nice air-conditioned place to eat.

Saturday 28th August 2009

we started the day with 2 x cinnamon rolls ($2.59) and 2 x choc chip muffins ($2.29) from goods to go at OKW. delish and fresh as always. We used 4 snack credits

Florida2009165.jpg

Florida2009166.jpg

1 x pulled pork sandwich with fries ($7.59) and carrot cake
