Cinerella's Royal Table question

Can you book a very late time and JUST order desserts here (possibly around the time for fireworks) or do you have to order the full meals? Does anyone know how late they are opened?
We have eaten here before and would rather not spend that much money here again.

I don't see why not. There's no minimum order there that I know of.

One problem. They often don't take PS's for after a couple hours before the park closes. What you might be better doing is stopping in about half an hour before the park closing time and asking if you can be seated for dessert only, promising to not stay too long.

I'd call and ask because I know you can't make a PS just for dessert at the California Grill. I would think they'd want to save the room for people ordering full meals.
