Cinematic Spectacular viewing

Haven't been since last October so I was wondering where you guys would recommend getting to in order to view the new show? I looked into Lombardi's but it's really not worth having to pay an adult price for my 10 year old and we really didn't want to be tied down with a reservation anyway.

We saw it in July sitting at the outdoor seating near Louie's, and had a great view. It looks to me that anywhere with an open view of the lagoon is pretty good, though, so shouldn't be a problem finding a great spot.

We sat on the ledges down from IFF/KMart shop, right beside the lagoon.

It was great sat there. We saw everything. It does say splash zone beside the rails but we never saw anyone get wet, although you may get a bit wet if it was windier.

But I agree there isn`t really a bad spot around the lagoon.
