I agree, scales can be evil
! Last week is typically a bad weigh in week for me (week before TOM) so I figured I'd spare myself the disappointment of stepping on the scale but now I wish I did just so I could see the difference between last week and this week.
I did the 3 mile WATP today, not quiet sure what I'll do for Wednesday's exercise. Maybe I'll do a FIRM tape.
