I agree, scales can be evil ;) ! Last week is typically a bad weigh in week for me (week before TOM) so I figured I'd spare myself the disappointment of stepping on the scale but now I wish I did just so I could see the difference between last week and this week.

I did the 3 mile WATP today, not quiet sure what I'll do for Wednesday's exercise. Maybe I'll do a FIRM tape.

Well I took yesterday off from exercise (too hot and humid in the house, no ac's in yet) but I did the 3 mile WATP today. I also decided to walk to the bank and stores for errands today rather than drive. No need to drive when you can walk. Tomorrow is weigh day and I'm not sure how it will go but at least I'm exercising again.
 
On Friday I went for a 45 minute walk and today I did the 3 mile WATP. Points are going well but I do have to up my water intake for today. I haven't had much at all.
 
I think any time your scale isn't moving down, your inches must be disappearing. I'm impressed by the amount of exercise you do, and think you must be converting muscle to fat. You should measure yourself (arms, legs, thighs, too, not just waist and bust) to have another way to judge your progress.

I did buy a tape measurer a few months ago but I just never think to use it, I don't know why :confused3 :confused3 . Maybe I'll just leave it on the scale so I can't forget. I definitely see a difference in my stomach and hip area so I must be losing something whether it's pounds or inches.


Today I went walking for 45 minutes. I had planned on doing WATP but instead I went walking along with my daughter as she rode her bike.

Yesterday I did the 2 mile WATP, today I did the 4 mile WATP. I haven't done the 4 mile in a while and I enjoyed it b/c I felt like it went by quickly. Today is weigh day and I was up .20 of a pound :( :confused: . I going to take measurements today so I can start monitoring them as well as weight.
 
Today I did the 4 mile WATP and walked wherever I had to go rather than drive. Points were good until we went and got an icecream with the family after dinner. Oh well. My goal for the rest of the week is to do the 4 mile WATP each day and try to not have Pepsi.
 
I did the 4 mile WATP this morning. Points are going really well and I have some zero point snacks for the day and dinner is planned out. As long as I stick to the plan today I'll be on track. :D
 
On Wednesday I did the 4 mile watp and points were ok. I haven't done any exercise for today (Thurs). I had a doctor's appt in the morning and my 3 year old was nuts before her playgroup. I don't have it in me to move at all. In fact, I want to splurge on foods I know I shouldn't.
 
I did the FIRM ab sculpt and 3 mile WATP express today. It was weigh day and I was up .80 lbs :mad: :confused: . I admit I was having a good week exercise and food wise until yesterday. I finally remembered to take measurements so I will compare them next week.

My goal for next week is to continue with the 4 mile WATP and maybe mix it with the firm body sculpt and no Pepsi and try to down on the amount of potato and bread intake.
 
Monday- I did the 3 mile WATP but made some bad choices for meals.

Tuesday- I did the 4 mile WATP and I'm on track (so far with meals).
 
Cindy, hang in there!! Your exercise always amazes me! Maybe you should join Lisa's (ZerasPride) scale challenge - give up that silly scale for a month!

Are you seeing any changes in your measurements?

I took measurements for the first time last week so I'll have to wait and see. I've been doing great with exercise, it's the self control with food that's the problem.

I did the 4 mile WATP yesterday and the 2 mile today along with 100 sit ups. I'll have to wait and see what tomorrow brings with weigh day. :sunny:

I did the FIRM Cardio Sculpt and today was weigh day.

I was down 1.6 lbs finally after a long time of not losing. I measured again and I forgot to write down my waist measurement from last week so I'm not sure if there is a change with that :mad: . I don't know why I didn't write it down. There was a difference of an inch and a half in my hips. Is it possible to lose 1.5 inches in a week? Either I measured wrong or had a great week.
 
I took last week off from exercise but I did a good job with food. I bought a lot of veggies/salad ingredients to snack on as well as substituting regular foods with low fat foods (cheeses/breads). I didn't weigh in b/c I wanted to take a break from the scale but I wish I did weigh in, but I'll just wait until this Friday.

I did the 2 mile WATP and 100 sit ups today.
 
Cindy, it's tough taking a break from the scale! I'm doing Lisa's (Zeraspride) 1 month stay off the scale challenge! You only have a few more days to wait - you can stay off that scale until Friday!

Hi Doreen! I stayed off the scale last Friday and I kind of want to do it again but then I just become so curious if there was a loss or not that I become frustrated I just didn't get on the scale!

I did the 3 mile WATP on Tuesday and the FIRM AB Sculpt on Wednesday along with some are weights. Food has been going ok. I've stocked the fridge with zero points snacks (veggies) and stopped buying Pepsi (although I miss it!).
 
Thursday I did the 4 mile WATP and today I did the Firm body sculpt, boy am I sore. My legs feel like rubber and my arms felt fine until I started to vacum. OUCH! But that's good b/c I know I moved and that it's working!

I was planning on weighing in but I'm thinking of staying away from that evil scale for one more week which would be 2 weeks, maybe even a month.
 
Saturday I went for a 90 minute walk and it was great! It's been a while since I've exercised on the weekend.

Today I did the 3 mile WATP Express and 100 sit ups. I plan on staying within point range today, hopefully.
