Well I still have that cold so I'm going to take it easy. I think I'm starting to get addicted to exercise or feel extremely guilty about missing it so I decided to at least do some sit ups this morning, 100 of them. At least some part of my body got some exercise. Points went pretty well yesterday and I plan to do well today but as for tonight, well lets just call it my cheat night! My hsuband and I are going to the Outback so I'm going to enjoy it and get to exercising tomorrow (hopefully).




. I slipped on ice yesterday while carrying barrels and I didn't fall but my back twisted and it really hurts
. I hope it feels better, I took last week off from exercise b/c it was busy around here and I've been on a roll since Monday, I don't want to get off track again.
hugs and pixie dust so that you will hopefully get to feeling better soon. Take care of that back in the meantime so you don't hurt it even worse!
