Cindy's Breakfast advice & encouragement

I am going to be looking for a reservation for breakfast or lunch at CRT for June 11,12, 13, 14. I know I am just beyond the 90 days, so if anyone will be cancelling I would love to get your reservation. I am looking for a table for 3 or 4, but would take one up to 7 (we have 7 in our traveling party, but only the girls were doing to do CRT, but if we can get this they will all go!!).

Also, we are scheduled to go right now week of April 3. If we postpone until June I will be cancelling some CRT ressies I got for that week. I will post here when I am ready to cancel.

One more thing, what is the best way to see if any reservations have opened up. Call the 407 number at the 7 am time or after the rush?? Call everyday?? Any advice would be great. I will be so bummed if we can't go to CRT in June, especially since we have it for April and we probably will be changing.

I see posts that people are going to cancel and they try to coordinate their cancellation with someone else looking for ressies. Although I think that is a great idea in theory, has anyone had any luck with it?

Yes I canceled an ressie for the Cindy's Royal table last week and coordinated it so someone else on here that wanted it would be able to call the same time as I was canceling it, and she was able to get it with no problem. I hope you have goodluck in getting the day you want. When I wanted to cancel I just posted the day and time that I had a ressie for and I had 2 different people contact me within a day. Hope that helps.

I did this last year with a diser and it worked. We worked out what time we were going to call. I didn't call dining until he emailed me and I emailed him back. We both called at the same time and he got my ressie that I didn't need.

Well, I'll sure post a try! We need a CRT for 3-5 people anyday May 17-22...I'd prefer the 18th but will take anything! We don't have park hopper tickets and the 18th is the day we know we'll be in MK. I had CRT for January but since we hadn't sold our house yet...I had to cancel..this is our last trip for a very long time (10 years or so...gotta see the world, ya know! ) and my daughters are 7 & 6 and would just love to do CRT...we've done Princess Storybook and they really want to see Cindy...I could take them alone if anyone cancels for 3 but my dh and son would like to go if anyone has anything for 5 or 6. I'll keep calling daily just in case, though!

Well, I've tried three straight days now. By following the kind advice posted here, I always get through right as the phones open and then I'm put on hold. By the time, they pick up (7:02 each of the past three days) the PS's are gone! Send your good thoughts for tomorrow - it's my last chance!

We have gone the last five years and have always been able to get a breakfest reservation. I start dialing before 7:00am because sometimes they open the lines early. Plus if you have a grand gathering number you can use the grand gathering line to make your food reservations. Not many people calling that line very easy to get a reservation

Ive been reading about the princess breakfast . I m interested in the Norway Princess breakfast. Has anyone tried this & can u tell me what u think. Is the food good,& is character interaction w/kids good? From reading I can see If I want to make a PS for this chances are I wont have success. My trip dates are Oct. 20-29th. I thought it was too early to make a PS yet, am I wrong?

Hi Sharon, Ive heard lots of good reviews, and a few bad of PSB, and we are going in Oct and plan to make it a stop...they are adding lunch and dinner to the princess meals there too, so I dont think itll be hard to get a PS for something....you can only start to book 90 days from the date you want, should be @ 7/23 (your 1st day, then on....) for you, theres a calculator on this site to figure it out....good luck!

I cancelled a CRT today for Tuesday, June 7 at 9:35 for a party of 5 if anyone is interested. Sorry, I couldn't get on the computer earlier to post it.

We LOVED Norway's version...the great pluses are usually more princesses there than at the castle....we saw Mulan, Jasmine, Belle, Aurora, Pocahantas and Aladdin even showed up! Also the accents of the Norwegian folk really makes it seem like a fairy tale castle....they're soo sweet and kind...guess alot depends on the CM but ours was over the top wonderful. The food was good and tasty..especially their pastries...yum!!! I would do it again if my girls didn't really want to see Cindy....

Good Luck!!! You guys were not kidding on how hard it is to get a PS with Cindy in the castle. Finally after a weeks worth of calls (everyday), someone cancelled and I got a PS with Cindy in the castle on June 16th!!!!! Persistence pays off!!! They also told me it is now a character meal. Wow!! I lucked out this will be the first character experience for my two kids, should be fun!!!

I was told you get a choice of only 5 different adult meals, family style? Does any one know anything about this? I have read menus for lunch on allears and they have more than five for lunch, a little confused. Share your expertise please!!!

This link will let you put your dates in and tell you when you can start calling, it also has a list of different places and how soon you can call. The Princess breakfast is 90 days advance...

We did the Norway breakfast, we loved the eggs, sausage (spicey) dd loved the cinnamon rolls, and fruit... I also loved the 'nooks' in this castle, because we didnt see the Princesses until it was our time... me, I want to eat in Cindy's castle!! and note Cinderella and friends dont come to Norway! But the others do!!!

Fairy Dust I think the reason its not been listed the choices for lunch, it hasnt started yet - I cant remember but I thought June was the first time its offered, and there's lots of speculation as to whether it will be just Cinderella's friends (mice, Prince, FairyGodmother) or will it be like it is now... (some of the other Princesses come...???) no one knows!

Yes, the first day for Cindy's character lunch is June 10. I know this because I made ressies without knowing that this was the start of Character lunch dining! I thought I'd save the breakfasts for the little ones and we'd just eat a regular lunch in the castle. Imagine my surprise when the CM told me, "Oh, you'll be some of the first to experience our new character lunch!" Decided to keep the ressie because I'm taking my cousin and I thought this would be a treat for her and my DS.

Any CM's out there who can answer this??? Yes, I'm nuts..I'm calling daily for any cancellations...we need some extra magic after a tough year on the kdis...Daddy working in another state for a year now..house still has not sold, their best friend...our family dog...was attacked by a Doberman and required major surgery to be able to walk again...can you hear the violins playing yet? I've had to drag them to court 3x to try and beat the Doberman's owner at his neglecting to pay vet bills...and it gets worse...but I'm trying my best to make this a great vacation for them.

So, I call each day...once last week a CM said she had to check each day individually for any openings and she was dear and sweet and it took her a good 8 minutes to go through the 5 possible dates. The last three days I've gone to the trouble to call, I get kind of not so happy CM's who spend a whole of 10 seconds checking all five dates and say...sorry, she's booked...are they really trying? or are they just wanting to not look it up, because they feel it is fruitless to try? Can you tell in 10 seconds if 5 different dates are sold out? The nice CM said there was no way they could check that fast....was she wrong? It's just not making my going to the trouble of calling for cx's seem worth it.

I couldn't believe it!! I was disconnected at the end of my reservation before I had given my cc # to hold the ressie.

Four of us were manning the phones. My sister got through right away and started our reservation...and then.....dead air. We each redialed again and sat on hold this time for more than 35 minutes. Finally, a CM answered my DH's line and he explained what happened. As luck would have it, he was answered by the same CM who had begun the ressie. She was so excited to tell us that she had placed the reservation and was intending to call us back when the call volume had decreased.

Wow, Disney, now that is great customer service!!! So happy that this ended well and we have our PS for CRT. Now if I could only get myself back to sleep...just too excited.

This will be my first post so please disregard the plainness of my signature for it will be "Disney-ified" with my icons & graphics when my other laptop's internet is working ).

Anyway, I am 14 years old and my sister is almost 16.. and YES, I am the Disney Fanatic Nut in my family. This is our second year getting annual passes (we live in FL ..2 hours away from the magic!). We have tried getting reservations but no luck.. my mom was quite disappointed but will be trying for cancellations. I saw a few people on this board cancelling for the March28-29 dates, if anyone else does please PM me. I know, slim chance, but it's worth a try

I was wondering..will the magic still be the same for us? It will be me, my sister, and my mom if we hopefully someday manage to get Cindy's one day. Is it really worth it for us?

If you love Disney and the Princesses, I would say "Yes" is will be magical and worth it! My DD is 14 and she and I always have to eat breakfast at the castle with the princesses. We've been there at least 8 times in 4 years and we always love it! And we'll be back there on June 1! I'm sorry I don't have a reservation during the time you're going, but I do have an extra one for May 31, if you could arrange to go during that time. PM me if you're interested.
