if this will help, I had a party of 3 resse, at CRT. I needed to change to 4 people, and I did not have to change my resse,no problem! The CM told me that at CRT, the table can accomidate 3/4. I did call and let them change it in the computer(from 3 to 4), my res# stayed the same. thats my experience~ Lynn

I figure the worse that can happen if I show up with 3 is we'll be charged the $10 for the person who didn't show (cheaper then the therapy bills for forcing my teenage son to eat with princesses when the other teenager doesn't have to )

I have paid for the dining plan, so I was not required to pay the $10. They did however take my credit card #, but there is no fee. It is only to hold my reservation. If I chose to not show,and I dont call to cancel , I will then get charged. Hope it goes well for you

Yesterday, I called and made several ADRs for the first week of January I started calling at 6:58 and the call was picked up almost immediately. I was not put on hold or anything. I was kind of surprised since I thought I would have to wait.
Needless to say, I got CRT as well as 5 other ADRs with no problems at all. I was shocked (in a happy way). I assumed it would be more difficult.
Thank you to all those who posted tips etc. Due to the great advice I received here, it was so simple!!!!!

What does 90 + 10 mean? I have heard it mentioned multiple times on this thread but I am not sure what it means? Is it possible to make ADR's 90 + 10 days out?

We check in- Dec 31, therefore, we are allowed to make ADRs 90 days before our check-in date for up to 10 days of ADRs.
Before you were only allowed to make an ADR for 90 days from the time you wanted the ADR.
Ex. Yesterday, I was able to make ADRs for my whole holiday (Dec 31 - Jan 8) with one phone call instead of only being able to make an ADR for Dec 31.

Thanks, that clears everything up, and now when I call on Wednesday (90 day mark) I will be able to make all of my reservations instead of calling Thursday, Friday, Saturday, etc. as well! That will save me a lot of early mornings. Does this help when trying to get CRT because now I can check for all the dates of my trip starting at the 90 day mark?

For Cindys, if you dont get it at your 90+ 10 day, you can either keep trying every morning until the actual 90 day mark (90 days before you hope to dine there), or if you don't get it on your 90 + 10 day, you can wait and call at the 90 day mark (90 days before you want to dine there) since they release more dining times at the 90 day mark.
I think thats how it works anyway.

? about lunch dining:
When are the first people seated for lunch? We have a 12:15 for lunch and wonder if we will have a good chance of getting a window seat?

Call at the 90 day mark for all of your 5 days. I didn't get CRT at 90 + 10, but I called the next day at 90 and got in easily. GL

The 90+10 days deal - I heard from CM that restaurants only have a very small block of tables reserved for this purpose. Most of the tables are reserved for the 90 days mark.

Give your first number, they are just checking to make sure you're checking into WDW property for that day to make sure you're eligible for 90 plus 10. I mentioned I had a split stay but they didn't need that # just the first one.

I want to know what a-- I got a hold of this morning. How is it physically possible for crt to be completely full at 7:01? I started calling at 6:58, got right in and that jerk said everytning was gone for breakfast and lunch..... impossible! Where was he? He just cost me my dining with Cindy!!!

ok.... thank goodness for the good cm's. I called back, got another cm and I'm all set.... crazy! P.S. an earlier thread said they got the Epcot Princess experience and was hoping it was ok. It's great! We actually enjoyed the food more than CRT and the princesses were wonderful!

Got right thru at 5:59 am (central time) and was able to make the exact CRT ADR I wanted. Thanks for the tips!!

I called right at 7:00 this morning and I got 1:25 on January 6th, which was just what I wanted! The first time I called, I was on hold and all of a sudden I got a dial tone. I called right back, but I was so worried I wouldn't get a reservation since I didn't even get to talk to someone until 7:33. I gave them my first resort number and it didn't show up in the computer, so they told me they would just book it and if they couldn't find a record of my reservation it would be automatically cancelled. Then later on I mentioned that I am a DVC member and they said that is why the reservation was not showing up on their computer. SO, if you are a DVC member, make sure to tell them so they don't cancel your reservation! Thanks for all the tips!!
