Do they save any tables for walk up reservations the day of?

I have been trying for weeks and nothing available for breakfast or lunch. We have an 8:00 am BBB appointment for 2 dds. Would it be possible to make a reservation at 7:45 that morning?

Or any other suggestions on how to get an ADR?

We have 1900 for dinner as a backup.

1) They do not take walkups, as they are usually fully booked.
2) There are no 7:45am ressies.
3) Keep calling for a cancellation, or find a CM with an override code. *

* There are 15-20 overrides per day at CRT. An override is when you put in a ressie for people when the restaurant and/or time is completely booked. Yes, it overbooks and makes people with ADR's wait longer, but overrides get others in.

Keep calling, you may get lucky. I've heard people who did have luck walking up right at opening or the beginning of lunch. Not sure how many are in your party, that can make a difference. Also, ask the front desk to check during your stay. There will always be people who cancel ADR's during their stay because they are tired, someone gets sick, they decide to do something else, etc..

I would just keep calling. I wouldn't depend on getting a walk-up. Good luck!

I wasn't going to depend on it just wondering if it was worth even trying. I think I will have my mom check at 7:45. I know they do not start serving then but I would hope that someone would be at the podium because they start serving at 8:00 right? If not she can just wait until 8:00. At least we will be there right at opening before they even let anyone without ARD's in because of the BBB res.

I will keep trying though as the CM's have been telling me daily.
