Cinderella Watch...HELP!! :)

I purchased this watch at a garage sale and have been trying to figure out about it. The only things I have seen have the original watch face with no band. This has the original band and IT WORKS! Just trying to get an idea of the dates. It says US Time. Thanks for any help you can provide.

It has a silver band with white stones...and silver flower, stretchy band, for kids, I guess...
