I got mine at Typhoon Lagoon. Im not sure where else they have them. I dont remember seeing them at the parks but maybe one of the resorts that are on the water

They are sold at the water parks.

Note that if you are not planning to do a water park, you can get a shopping pass. For each person going in you have to purchase a one-day, full-price ticket. If you return to the original ticket window, or any of the Guest Relations windows, within 30 minutes of entering the park (and you are dry) your payment will be refunded to you.

Ok, so my parents are currently staying at the campsites at FW. If they go to the Meadow or Settlement Trading Post can they have one sent over? They were going to have some crocs sent over the other night...can they do the same thing with this bucket?

I am happy to report that my parents located a couple buckets (yellow and blue) at the FW trading post!

Congratulations on finding them. For anyone else interested they sell these at any of the resort gift shops that have a beach at the resort. We have stayed at the Poly, CSR and CBR and found them at all three. This year we have a lot of family joining us and I ordered one for each family so the little kids can enjoy from disneystore.com.
