I 'm new to this so please bear with me! We are going to go to dw this summer. Yesterday i saw where people were stroller swapping for free. I'm trying to find out how i can get on the list for a sit and stand stroller for july3-10 2010. We are staying off site so is this just for on site people?

I am not sure where on the Dis this is. But you might want to try the Budget Board. I think that may be where I have seen this.
