Cigars?

We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge in a couple of weeks. Is there anywhere at Disney to buy cigars, and to smoke them? I know there are designated smoking areas and such, but didnt' know if anyone ever did this there!

In Downtown Disney's West Side you can buy cigars at Sosa Family Cigars. Here's some info.

Some of the resort gift shops have cigars. For instance, Commander Porter's at the GF and the Screen Door General Store at the BWI. Mizner's Lounge (at the GF) used to have them - I don't know if they still do since you can't smoke in the lounge anymore.

We were staying at the Dolphin last summer. At the time they were somewhat known for their cigar bar, but the state law on smoking in public buildings changed July 1, 2003, and so did the cigar bar--just a regular old bar now. I imagine that you can smoke in places like Jelly Rolls and Atlantic Dance Club on the Boardwalk, as well as some outdoor locations.

The Mercantile at the WL does sell cigars. They have a limited number tho, and they don't sell cutters but they will cut it for you. Just ask at the register desk -- my husband is a cigar buff and he says they had "top grade" cigars. One day however, they were "sold out" and he had to wait until they got more in the next day.

My DH has bought them not only in the West Side at that store, but also inside the Jazz Club at Pleasure Island, there is a kiosk thingy where they sell some cigars...

If you are heading over to CityWalk by chance, there is a cigar store and bar there, with a big walk in humidor and plenty of room inside and out to sit and smoke.

I think most of the resort gift shops also have them, in limited selection of course. =)

Yep..most of the resort gift shops do have cigars in them. If you don't see them, just ask. Usually some of the more basic cigars..some good. Hubby usually packs his own in a small travel humidor to enjoy while at disney. He does enjoy a trip into Sosa's though...disney's westside.

Top quality company...great prices..hubby loves them. He is filling up his giant new humidor quickly..lol.

Thanks for the great replies! Hubby enjoys a cigar on occasion and could bring them from home, but I think I will send him to Sosa's instead! He is spending this vacation with 11 of my family members, so he will need an escape!
