CI/SoG Upgrades

Has anyone heard or seen if there are upgrades at the CI for SoG guests? We are booked there as overflow and very happy about the rate, but I'm hopeful we will at least have a view of MK. Also, is it possible to get to the 1900 Park Fare for dinner if the park is only open until 6pm that day? Sorry for the silly questions, but we're first timers at DW, but have been to DL! Any other first timer tips would be great. Thanks for the help.

Normally there aren't any upgrades for SoG guests (because of the rate we get).
However, as of this last weekend - I can now say that every once in a while an upgrade is possible.
We didn't get a MK view though- but I love the lake, so that was fine with me!!
The dinner (Pooh) at 1900 Park Fare is located at the Grand Floridian, which is right across the Seven Seas Lagoon from the Contemporary Resort. You can take the monorail to get there, it is the third stop from your embarkation point at the Contemporary.
