You & your sisters are all gorgeous!
That is too neat that 3 of you were married one year after the other.
I cannot wait to read all about this trip. Have y'all ever done a trip before with just the 4 sisters? I bet you are going to have so much fun! Can I tag along? I'll be celebrating my 41st b-day in March!
Your plans & restaurants sound great to me.
Brad & I are weird in that we are not steak eaters either, so LC has never been on my wish list to eat at. The soup at LC does look good though!
I'm back from my trip and I'm finally all caught up! I almost died when I saw those pictures of your Hawaiian food! It all looked SO delicious!
That is so cool that you met RachelNinja's Fiance!
I love all of your shopping pics! The trip journal I used on my trip was very similar to your Vinylmation notebook, but it was Pookalooz (or whatever those things are called) instead! I got it at the Disney outlet near that's about an hour away from where we live!
Great ADRs! We tried Ohana for the first time this trip and loved it!
You and your sisters are all so pretty! Your ADRs look great. Have you been to Tusker House for breakfast before? I've heard nothing but positive reviews about it. Cape May is a good choice too, their buffets are supposed to be good![]()
Oooh, Cape May Cafe sounds like a great choice! I've heard great things about their clambake, and it's cheaper than Boma!
Wow, a sister trips sounds like so much fun! I had no idea you had so many sisters! I bet it's going to be so much fun.
What a nice picture of you and your sisters. You are going to have the best trip, it sounds like a lot of fun.
So according to the sequence of events Chunkysis is getting married this year right??
Another trip!!
Great ADR.
You know how I feel about Ohana. Tusker House...great breakfast. You get to have a private photo session with Safari Donald before going in. It's great. Good luck with LeCellier. If you can get a reservation from them, I do recommend Coral Reef. They serve both lunch and dinner. I can't keep my eyes off from the fish tank. It can be a distraction from a great lunch.![]()
I think Coral Reef is a great idea for dinner too. Does the price include the photos at Tusker? From the price of the breakfast, I assume that it doesn't, but then you can use your own camera right?
You can find her prince charming at Disney. Have a whirlwind romance and have a Christmas wedding at Disney
It is the perfect plan, because then you get to go back to Disney again this year![]()
The photo at Tusker has to purchase separately. It comes in a package of (1) 8x10 (4) 4x6 all the same photo of you and Safari Donald. It also came with (1) 8x10 with Safari Mickey, Goofy, Donald and Daisy together. The whole package is $30. I am not sure if that's worth it or not but I did bought the package and there is no wait. You buy the package and take it with you right at the breakfast.
Reason I bought it is because I don't have any photo of DW and I together in full body length with any of the character. More important, the output quality is surprisingly decent. Must better than I anticipate and I am very picky on the output because that's part of my daytime job, review color output on production printer. Since photo pass is not my thing, I figure as least we have something now that's different from Disney we normally doesn't have. That package is one of its' kind for us now.I have to say, the photographer did a great job taking the picture also. (Just a tad overblown highlight on my shirt. Then again, I was wearing a white shirt.)
The Tusker picture will make it to my TR at some point.
You can always ask the photographer and see if he/she will take a picture with your camera. They might or might not do it.
Just found your trip report and love it so far. Thanks for the links. Haven't read Hawaii yet but can't wait. Plan on going summer of 2014 for my ds#1 graduation present.
Beautiful pictures of you and your sisters!I have two sisters and I can't imagine life any other way!

Thank you for taking some really awesome photos of the world and Hawaii!!I'm going to wdw at the end of feb and I can't wait! Can you tell me where you got your mickey shoes at in DTD? They look cute. Can't wait to read more about your adventures.
The plans for your March trip sound great! I think you have a good chance of getting a new room at POFQ, I think most of them will be finished by then! They are really pretty!
Your ADR's look great! I'm so annoyed about Le Cellier changing to 2 TS credits for dinner, from now on we will probably pay OOP if we eat there for dinner. But if 2 of your sisters don't like steak, Teppan Edo is a great 2nd choice, so is Cape May, I love the dinner choices there!
I just stumbled on your TR and fell in love. Your pictures are spectacular. Did you ever consider being a professional Disney photographer? I'm serious! They're really good! I'm almost done reading Day 1 and can't wait to get caught up. So glad you missed the hurricane. That would put a damper on your holiday....
Great pictures of your sisters! What a fun trip that is going to be! Are they thrill riders or will you mostly be doing calmer attractions?
I'll put in another thumbs up for Cape May. We had a great meal there in July.
Here's a link to my pics and review from our dinner in July:

This is the first time I have linked to a post, so fingerscrossed that it worked.
We enjoyed our breakfast at Tusker House. I think that was our the first character breakfast. How fun to have some character meals planned. You will definitely have to ask a nice family at each character meal to take at least one picture of all of you.
You are an outstanding photographer! I don't know how you feel about photopass, but I am going to suggest that you do it. Yes, I know the pictures can be pretty lousy. But it is a great way for you all to be in pictures together at some of the park icons and other beautiful or fun spots. Plus if you pre-order it is $99 ($25 each). Plus they will also take a picture with your camera, or if you don't trust them with yours, then one of your sisters' cameras.
Finally- do tell about Cancun!!! We are going to the Riviera Maya (Barcelo resort) in Feb. We were there last year, too. We (I) am thinking of busting the budget and hiring a private plane to take us to Chitzen Itza- we have priced it out to be around $1,500, but it beats 6 hours in round-trip transport to one of the most amazing places on earth.
Fun updates! You and your sisters are beautiful. Thanks for sharing all the pictures. Sounds like your upcoming trip will be a blast!
So, our PTR continues...
We had a family dinner last Friday and my mom insisted that we take our dad on the trip...I think my mom doesn't like the thought of us 4 girls travelling altogether without a "man".However, I don't think my dad actually relished the idea of going to Disneyworld, he's not one for rides or anything like that. But either way, all of us loved the thought of having a father-daughter trip to the world. So I priced out the cost of the vacation of having a 5th person in the room, which basically required us to either get 2 rooms, or get a room in a deluxe resort. Unfortunately it looks like it isn't going to happen as the prices for deluxe resorts just skyrocketed - it was almost double our total trip price and it was just for 1 room! The only other option was to get a cabin at the Ft. Wilderness Lodge, and although I think it's really cute, it is the complete opposite of my city-dwelling, cosmopolitan sisters. I think they wouldn't notice it's cute charm, but rather, they would dwell on the fact that it's a cabin...in the woods. Still that option was just a little less pricey than the deluxe resorts. We could get 2 rooms at the POFQ, and that would be cheaper than the deluxes but I thought it would be better if we got more people to fill them up, and no one else wanted to come on the trip with us, neither DH nor any of my brother-in-laws. My mom has limited time off, and has to work during that time, so she wasn't going to make it either.
So the father-daughter trip is on hold for now, and it's back to just 4 of us girls.
Speaking of which, I must talk a little bit about the background of my sisters which should make for an interesting trip:
Chunkysis is the closest in age to me, and she and I are alike in many ways, we both like to eat (although she is pickier), and enjoy girly things like shopping, makeup and fashion. She's the artistic one in the family, and she has her own etsy store www.thepapercrown.com where she makes her own handmade greeting cards. She's been looking forward to this birthday trip for quite some time now.
Chunkytwins 1 & 2: They are both identical in looks yet are quite different in personalities. The older one, Chunkytwin1, is focused on her fast-growing career in the financial services world, and wears a lot of black. Chunkytwin2 is an inspiring special-needs teacher at a school in Manhattan and wears a lot of ivory/white. However, they are both NOT as excited as Chunkysister is about the Disney trip. I guess it's because they have not been for such a long time. Although DH and I did drag Chunkytwin 2 to Disneyland about 3 years ago and although she was skeptical, she did have a great time.
When I asked both of them if they wanted to go on the trip, they said, WHAT? DISNEY? WHY? and I think they are only going on this trip because it's Chunkysis's big 30th birthday.
They are also both convinced that I am the "Disney Ride Nazi" which is a title I am both proud and ashamed of. When Chunkytwin 2 went to DL with me and DH, I had all the rides mapped out ahead of time and followed an itinerary of where we should go and what rides to do and not-do. But hey, what one of us DOESN'T do that on the DIS?!?!
I guess Chunkytwin 2 felt that I wasn't allowing her to explore on her own. So, however hard it is for me to accept the fact I cannot plan our itineraries down to each second, I will attempt to NOT be the "Disney Ride Nazi" and allow everyone to go on any ride they want to.
How will this all plan out...well, only time will tell!![]()
I almost suggested POR for the 5 of you...then I remembered that they probably wouldn't allow 5 adults in the room. We had 5 of us...but one was a 5 year old...but...one of the adults (ended up sleeping on the trundle bed...so I forgot. Too bad that wouldn't work...![]()
I was thinking about POR! But yes the bed is a trundle bed, and I doubt anyone would want to sleep in that for 5 nights! I was actually thinking of just getting the 2 rooms at POFQ, but then I remembered that a lot of people had luck with renting DVC points. That way, we can get a villa or 1-bedroom that will fit our needs. I'm trolling the DVC trade/rent point boards as we speak, so hopefully something will work out and we can bring my dad on the trip!
We actually stayed 11 nights...and half of those I slept on it and the other half my dh did. Good grief... but we made it work.
Oh...I would be so interested in hearing how it goes if you rent DVC points. I have kinda considered it. I think for me though...being able to put down a deposit and then paying the balance bit by bit is easier than the full amount all at once. Good luck though... let us know how it goes!!!
Your siste
r's cards are fabulous! They're totally up my alley!
Lol the Disney ride Nazi! I am like that too...it's a hard habit to break!![]()
