Hi Lynn, I've been MIA for quite awhile but finally caught up! Mousefest looks so cool, I would have loved to have gone! You guys made out well there, I can't believe how many books you had with authors there!! That's great!!!

I didn't realize you were going back so soon, that's wonderful! Is this upcoming trip a special occasion? Will you do a PTR? Or TR? Would love to read one if so....hint, hint!!

I got sent the book Creating Magic a few months ago, haven't had time to read it yet

I haven't read our copy either! Chuck said it is good.

Hey! I'm glad you are back around. I'm going over to check out you pretrippie.

I'm not sure about a trip report. With three trip right in a row, it will be alot to handle. (Of course, I always say I'm not going to do one this time and I always end up doing on because of all the cool stuff that happens!) The June trip is our normal vacation (10 days!!!). July is for Chuck's 40th birthday, but he and Jake are going to NASA so Em and I will be girls only in WDW. September is Lou Mongello's Adventurer's Club meet and MNSSHP. January is the half marathon. It is going to be an awesome year!!!!!!

Day Four Part Six

What is the best part about Mousefest, you ask? Is it getting to see all your favorite podcasters and web hosts? Or collecting all the goodies from the tables? No!! It’s meeting up with old friends and making new ones!!

Remember my friend Christine (2excited2sleep) that we were looking for at Mousefest 101 (without actually knowing what she look like? We found here hanging out with Heather (Circusgirl)!

We found our new friend Debbie talking with our old friend Brian (host of Big Brian’s Disney Podcast and Big Brian’s Disney page.) We met Brian one day when he spotted us taking pictures of a Dole whip.

Debbie introduced us to Scott and Tracy, hosts of the Disney, Indiana podcast. I haven’t gotten a chance to listen yet, but they were very friendly people!

Here is a familiar face, Michelle and Samantha! It was great to meet them!

Throughout the MegaMouse Meet, door prizes were awarded. We didn’t win, but remember the couple from Rock Hill that we talked to as we walked to MK after the Mousefest Kickoff? The wife did!! (I still didn’t get their names!)

We didn’t stay to the end of the MegaMouse Meet because we were having lunch at Le Cellier with Heather. That’s up next!!!

And that was the MegaMouse Meet experience!!

Meeting DIS friends was definitely the highlight of Mousefest. I was so excited to meet Lynn and Chuck. The funny thing is that I recognized Lynn by her Vera! I'd seen pictures of her family, of course, but a few weeks before we left she posted a picture of her new Vera. And when I saw someone with the same bag I thought "OMG. That's Lynn! "

I met Chuck and Lynn because of MouseFest! We were on a shared fireworks cruise and I could immediately see that they were totally funny and cool.

I'm sad there won't be a MouseFest this year, but totally get the magnitude of the efforts involved in putting on an event that had grown so much. I'm utterly excited about the Adventurers Club weekend and know we'll always find other reasons to meet.

Day Four Part Seven

We met up with Heather at the MegaMouse Meet and headed over to EPCOT for our lunch at Le Cellier. She and her friend Eben were nice enough to share their ADR with us! Everyone is so crazy about Le Cellier and we were anxious to try it.

It was a beautiful walk over.

It was a bright day, but still cold!!

As we walked through the International Gateway, there was a rather grand piece of orchestral music playing. One of the boat captains was standing on the side directing the music like he was the conductor. We gave him a standing ovation!

We checked in at the podium and had to wait a few minutes.

Poor Chuck was weighed down with all our Mousefest loot.

Inside, the restaurant is every dark and romantic. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

I’m sorry I don’t remember what Heather and Eben ordered. I guess to find out, you’ll have to read her report!

Both Chuck and I had the Cheddar Cheese Soup and pretzel bread and it is as good as everyone says!

I still wasn’t feeling very well, so I just ordered the Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes. They were excellent, very creamy.

Chuck had the Grilled Angus Chuck Burger.

I had to try dessert. I can’t remember exactly what this is called, but I do remember we had an in depth discussion on how to go about eating it!

I couldn’t resist, because it just looked like fun! It was tasty too.

Chuck was very bold and got the Apple-Rhubarb Crumble served with maple granola ice cream.

He decided he was not really a rhubarb kind of guy, but he was glad he tried it.

It was really a nice meal. We had a good time getting to know Eben and sharing all our adventures.

Dis pals take pictures of everything that others would never think of, and they ignore all the weird stares they get in the process.

Pretzel bread dipped in the cheese soup is so good.
The mashed potatoes - that's what you call a heapin' helpin' around here. We got an order for Brooklynn, not realizing it was enough to feed a few grown men!

Glad you got to meet so many Dis friends and their friends and families!

Oh, two things I want to try - MouseFest and Le Cellier! Both look great.

I'm sorry you were uncomfortable in the cooler weather, but one of my goals is to go to Disney at a time where I have to wear long pants! It will just be so foreign to me! I'm glad you had sun at this point, though.

Will you be hitting Star Wars Weekends again this year? My brother and sister in law will be there for the last weekend, and they're pretty darn excited.

LOVE Le Celliar..it was our favorite in December!!!! YUM!!!!!!!! I think your dessert was the s'mores wasn't it? My BFF got that and she didn't know how to eat it either but had no problem finishing it for sure!! I had the chocolate mousse, it was delish!!! Can't wait to go back in September!!!!!
