Hello! I'll be visiting MK on the 27th with a couple of friends where it's their first time at Disney. I haven't been since Tron switched to stanby, so I'm in a dilemma on the best combination of LLMP and single pass. We'll be there for early entry and I just realized Tron isn't open then. I'm thinking buying the multi-pass or just the 2 single passes due to budget. Assuming I'm able to successfully get Tiana's via VQ, my options are:
1. Buy LLMP ($39), rope drop 7DMT at early entry, do stand-by for Tron at some point in the day
2. Buy 7DMT ($14) and Tron ($22) for a total of $36, and go without LLMP.

Since my friends haven't been before, I'd like for them to experience Buzz, Space Mtn, BTMR, Peter Pan as well so I'm not sure what the better option would be. Any tips or thoughts? Thank you!

I have no experience with MK in December but I would think your option 1 would benefit you all day as opposed just 2 rides.
Pre booking 3 rides gives you a jump start on filling the time gaps between 7DMT and Tron. Maybe plan to eat in Tron standby line to combine sit-eat with waiting.

I disagree. If you have early entry and have prebooked Tron and SDMT and successfully VQ Tianas, you can get a ton accomplished with Early Entry, especially since regular park opening is at 8 and EE is at 7:30. Most folks just don't want to get up that early. Ride everything you can in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland from 7:30-8 (I would start with Peter Pan), then knockout Adventureland and Frontierland when they open for regular RD. It's possible to do most of the rides by mid-morning that way, then you can use your LLSP for SDMT, Tron, and your VQ for Tianas. Later in the day you might hit some long lines for rides like Haunted Mansion or Pirates, but it won't be anywhere near as bad as doing SDMT or Tron standby. With it being a holiday week, you're unlikely to get more than your original 3 useful prebooked rides with LLMP. When I went on Columbus day, by 1pm I couldn't get anything in MK earlier than 7pm. If you're staying the whole day, I recommend doing Buzz and Space Mountain after the fireworks.
