Christmas Tree Toppers

Always a star that lights up and projects on the ceiling.

We never had toppers on ours so I haven't put any on mine either. I may have to look into this because some of these look really nice.

My parents always had an angel tree topper, so, for our 1st Christmas as a married couple, DH & I bought an angel for our topper as well.

When we moved into our current home & had room for a 2nd tree, we bought a star for the topper for our 2nd tree because of the song - “…hang a shining star on the highest bough…”

And, now, where we put the tree that used to have an angel, the ceiling is too low for the angel, so the topper is a bow currently. (And our original angel sits on the buffet in the dining room.)

So, our current tree toppers:

* Beach Themed Tree in the Living Room - Driftwood Star

* Keepsake, Special Ornaments, & “Family” Themed Tree in the Family Room - Bow

* Gingerbread & Candy Themed Tree in the Kitchen - A Gingerbread Girl

* And the kids have each put a stuffed “Child” from the Mandalorian on the trees in their rooms.

* And the tree in our foyer & the tree in our bedroom don’t have toppers.

We have a star. It is OK but I don’t love it. I stil haven’t found one I love.

Same here. I’ve always had a star. DH and I had a beautiful one we got when newly married, and it lasted 20-something years before it was broken. The one we replaced it with is not as nice. I’d like to get a light-up Moravian star.

We have a gold and mirror star on our main, 9ft tree. Out 7 ft purple tree has a gold, glass spire on top.

We have a 1.5 year old fur baby that is not to be trusted around the tree. Last year we played it safe with the tree and repeated it again this year. Maybe some year I will get to have a tree with nice things on it.... For now I present to you Kida and her tree.

I have an angel, a Tinkerbell, and a silver star with led lights that project onto the ceiling. This year I went with the star.

I have an angel. But there is no good back story. It’s just what we have right now.
