Christmas Tree in Room??

Is there any way to have a Christmas tree set~up in your room, do they offer anything like that? This will be our first Christmas trip!!

Disney Florist usually offers a predecorated tree. But it's pretty expensive. They usually have a website so you can look at photos. But I know you can call them and they'll fax you photos too. For the past two years, I've ordered the small 3 foot pre-lighted / decorated mini trees from Jackson & Perkins and then had them delivered via FedEx to my resort the day I arrive. It works out nicely for us, my family has a tree for Xmas and I don't feel like I've wasted money for something we won't be taking home with us.

Before we went a few years ago, I had been told by a cast member that they didn't allow string Christmas lights in the room for fire code reasons. Got no idea if that really was true or not (and that's not what I'm saying now) but didn't want to chance it so what we did was I bought one of those 16" tall fiberoptic trees at Target for about $19 (or less I think) and bought a few mini ornaments to go on it and slyly packed it in our suitcase and put it up when no one was in the room. It was a GREAT surprise for everyone! then we had fun shipping for ornaments for it. It had a beautiful, soft glow that we left on all night long and folded up nearly flat in the luggage so we could bring it home easily. It's a nice option for doing it on the cheap. real trees and delivery trees can be costly.
