This was in a post today on W D W N T about events at Disneyland for the holidays:
“Also at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will be the Holiday Tea with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Hearthstone Lounge.”
I don’t think it’s accurate, though - still haven’t seen anything official about it.

The Candy Cane distribution schedule is on the Merchandise Events section of the Disneyland website. Although cant remember the exact dates from last year, it seems that they are selling them earlier this year.
