I have 2 sons, 11 and 8. Usually Santa doesn't even have to separate whose gifts are whose. Santa just sets them out and lets them go for it. They rarely have a toy/game that they don't consider sharing. A stuffed animal or clothes, but if it is child specific Santa puts their name on it. Last year was the first time Santa wrapped anything, and that was just to slow them down
Hubby and I will give them XBox 250g with Kinect and an extra controller. We will add a few of the following things from us too, not sure how to divide it yet though. Santa does the most stuff, but we take credit for the BIGGEST THINGS.
Santa will probably get credit for the rest: (yes, the 11 year old

I also have a Dr. Pepper shirt and Mt Dew shirt for oldest. Need to find something comparable for youngest.
Still need to get a peguin and panda pillow pet
and I want to get Night Vision Goggles for each of them.
I'm sure I will have a few impulse buys along the way too.
The thing is that as they get older they want more expensive things, so fewer items. That's fine for the one that knows who Santa really is, but I feel like the younger one wants the magic of all the stuff too. I'm trying to make it all stuff that matters this year rather that just a bunch of junk laying around just to fill up the room.
