Christmas party in Magic kingdom

Im thinking about going alone from December 4th- 11th since the kids are in school and can't get the time off. Has anyone done the Christmas party at the magic kingdom alone or is it only good for kids?

Did it last year solo. I didn't find it to be just for kids at all but it's not something I'll be rushing to do again.

I have never done MVMCP alone, only with my wife. Myself, I thought it was over-rated and over-priced! The crowd levels were just as bad at night as they were during the day! I have been Solo for the past 2 Decembers, and again this December, and I recommend (rope drop) and staying past closing. If you get to the parks at rope drop, you have the run of the park for several hours until the crowds get larger. Works for me!
