Christmas ornament personalization at MK Christmas Shoppe?

Do they still do the pretty ornament personalization at the MK Christmas Shoppe and do they do it while you are there if you go right when they first open or do you have to come back later to pick it up? Will they ship it to your home?

Today there was a lady working on personalizing ornaments. No one was waiting so I presume they were coming back to pick up. We went by in the morning and afternoon and there was a line to get in both times so you may wish to go early.
