Went Dec 21-28, 2005 and had a GREAT TIME!!!!! This is what I planned for our family of 6 and my sister's of 3.
Dec. 21... Lunch at Pop Century(where we stayed)
Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern (food was fair, character interaction was great)
Dec. 22... Breakfast at Pop C.
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons (great lunches and desserts with lots of choices)
Dinner at LeCellier (a new "must do" for us) everyone loved it.
Dec. 23... Breakfast at Pop C. (it was just easier this way)
Lunch at Columbia Harbor House (food was good, bathrooms were gross!!!)
Dinner Cindy's Castle (was great BUT I wouldn't spend 2 TS on it; which I guess it is now)
Dec 24... Breakfast at Pop C.
Lunch at Kringla Bakeri Og in Norway (huge, great meal, Kids meal was pbj and my grandson is allergic to peanuts so they made him a kid sized adult meal)
Dinner at Biergarten (huge buffet that everyone found something they liked on) also we did this as part of the Candlelight Processional which was the best Christmas Narrated Program I've seen!!!
Dec 25... Breakfast at Donald's Breakfastsaurus in AK(we decided to try it even though I read many bad reviews and I'm glad we did it. Food was good. Food was hot and had a large variety of hot and cold to choose from. Character/CM interaction was outstanding)
Lunch: We were stuffed from a later seating at Donald's so we just had a snack at Petrifries (McDonald's Fries) they were fresh and hot and salted just right and the serving was bigger than a large at McDonald's
Dinner at BOMA (BOMA is a "must do" for us. Love their breakfast and dinner meals. If you haven't been...I'd say this is a MUST DO!!!!
Dec 26... Breakfast at Pop C.
Lunch at ABC Commissary (I'd have to be pretty hungry to go there again. Food was less than fair)
Dinner at Hollywood & Vine with the Fantasmic Package (Even though I read many mixed reviews, I'm glad we went here and will go again because there are very few "good" places to eat at MGM. The food here was great. There was a good variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The rootbeer sweet potatoes were great!!!)
Dec 27... Breakfast at O'Hana's (we LOVE breakfast at O'Hana)
Lunch at Pecos Bills( this is a great place. They make the burger and there is an area where you "dress it" with all kinds of stuff like cheese sauce, grilled or raw onions and many many other toppings.
Went on a "quick trip" to the Boardwalk and went to Seaside Sweets (I love WDW goodies!!!). The Boardwalk is great and this is a good place to stop to get some goodies or a drink and just sit on a bench and take in the views.
Dinner at Whisipering Canyon Cafe (food was pretty good. The complaint I have is that from the time they seated us, they were pushing us to hurry as if they wanted us to finish up and get out so they could fill the table again... AND IT WASN'T A PART OF THE PRANKS THEY PULL... which I thought it was what it was at first. I don't think we'd go there again. It's okay for a one time visit to see what everyone is posting about the pranks, songs etc. that they do but there are soooo many better places to go for the $$$ or the cost of the TS on dining plan)
Dec. 28... Breakfast at Pop Century
Lunch at Pop Century (yes, we stayed at the hotel area most of the last day getting ready to leave)

However, we did go into downtown disney and bought a whole bunch of goodies at Goofy's Candy Company (I'd say, this is another MUST DO!!!)
Hope this helps you.....
