Cheryl... You can "gift" it to me when you no longer need it.
D~
Seriously!!! When are they going to get the little yellow head with the big hand to slap himself on the forehead. 'Cuz I'd put him right
<-----there, and then write,
'why didn't I think of that!'
We love our DVC membership. You can buy points cheaper resale but they are limited to where you can use them. We have bought all our points directly from Disney so they can be used on cruises and other exchanges.
From what I have read online smaller contacts sell easier than large ones.
I will say that our membership has been a blessing for us with J. You also vacation differently with it.
Cheryl once your kids settle down they may feel differently.
Good to know about resale and smaller contracts.
The deal my husband and I have is that the "unexpected ginormous check" that is no doubt on its way to us now, will go towards DVC.
I've gone back and forth a few times. Weighing the annual fee, airfare, admission tickets, the 40 year commitment, lots of

, and to what extent I would want to go places other than Disney.
You're right that it's hard to project what it will be like with married kids and/or grandchildren. Of course, as someone who likes to go solo so I can do whatever whenever, grandchildren
might
change that.
I would LOVE to be able to buy DVC! Cheryl, I think a joint gift to D~ & I would be just perfect! We could host a Disboutiquers Reunion trip every year in your honor
Let me go run the numbers. Stay right there.

numbers, where are you? here numbers . . .
