Christmas meal suggestions

Hello,

My family (DH 36, me 28, and DD 10) are going to be at Disneyland December 23-26. We are staying at the Disneyland Hotel. I was wondering if anyone had any meal suggestions, especially for Christmas & Christmas Eve??

Also, does anyone have any ideas on how to make the trip extra special...like some special things we could do? We've never been there during the holidays and can't wait

I would try the steak house at DLH .........or the Jazz kitchen in DTD...what kind of food do you like? I guess thats the most important.

I believe the Disneyland hotel usually offers a holiday buffet. Its expensive, more then a normal character meal. But, I've heard the food is wonderful and there are some characters. No details have come out for this year yet.

We love Disneyland at Christmas! For special things, it depends on what your family enjoys. We eat out quite a bit in our regular life, so for Christmas dinner at Disney we often opt out of the fancy restaurant meal and either do Goofy's Kitchen or the kids' favorite - room service! This year we'll be back at GC, so I'll be bringing lights to decorate the bunk bed and balcony railing and we'll have a small tree in the room as well. Little Christmas touches like waking up to stockings full of goodies (either Disney's or my own) always delights the kids as well.

We always make sure to book PS reservations for dining, tours, and special event seating (Fantasmic, Electric light parade, etc) for our Christmas visit as well because it takes the stress out of the parks being so crowded.
