Feel like I'm behind the times on this board but I'm finally starting to think about Christmas. My DD is 13 and it's hard to think of what to get her.

What do other teen girls wish for?

Budget ideas are appreciated...Or just good deals on non-budget items.

Ipod touch
new cell phone
UGG boots
Hollister hoodie
favorite designer perfume
designer purse
Anything Twilight or New Moon related

My DD is also 13 and wants gift cards! Well, I have to have some things under the tree for her so when we are out and about and I notice she sees something she likes, I go back later and pick it up. We were at Target last night and she saw a bright blue furry rug that she wanted for her bedroom. I'm going to go back to get it this weekend.

Also, I bought her a foam topper for her bed. She's been asking for one for months now. We may get her a Kindle because she is an avid reader, but haven't decided on that yet.

I could use some ideas, as well. The ones that have been posted she either has already or does not want (like the Uggs)

Someone shared last year that they bought their "tween/teen" a mini purple christmas tree, and attached $5 bills, hung small giftcards off of it to her favorite stores. I totally LOVE this idea and wanted to do it this year for my 11 year old, but she wants a notebook, so that's not going to happen

Dd13 wants a chi flat iron and new Uggs. I'm hoping victoria secret has their jammie sale again this year, because she loves the ones I got her last year.

My DD is almost 15 - her list is: Ipod, t-shirt from her favorite band; high school hoodie;
$$ flat-iron/curling iron; clothes; some DVDs and a subscription to Seventeen mag.
She also wants her room re-decorated, so I imagine we'll start on that this spring.

My DD almost 12 wants a guitar; movies; itunes g/c; cell phone; clothes; soccer gear and RockBand and MarioKart for the Wii. She won't get it all, but maybe that will
give you some ideas.

My DD is 12 and the big things she wants this year are an IPod Touch and a digital camera. She also wants a laptop but that's not happening - she already has a desktop computer.

Another thing she wants that surprised me was a Pet Pillow (panda) - I thought she was too old for stuff like that but every time she sees the commercial she says how cute they are and how she'd love to have one.

She wants some Twilight/Volturi make-up too. (www.twilightbeauty.com)

And gift cards are always a good idea too - - she LOVES to shop!

Lots of good ideas. Trouble is DD already has most of them.

So far she wants a new phone (haven't decided what kind yet), Ugg Cardys- she got classics last Christmas, and some clothes.

I shopped the Vera Bradley sale last weekend and got her a new make up bag. I'll put some new make up in it. Her grma is getting her a large VB bag to use as a ballet bag.

I'm racking my brain for more inexpensive things to fill in with. I picked up a couple of clearance sweaters at Holliter for $15. I have my AE 40% card to use for jeans.

I've done movie combo pack-which has movie tickets,soda & popcorn tickets-it's a good deal.
I've also done rollerskating & bowling giftcards.

Depends on her hobbies-I bought one girl who is into scrap-booking a kit at Michaels-has everything needed to complete the book except the photos;)...they have good sales & 1/2 off coupons right now.

OMG, my DD is 14, and I love this idea. She pretty much has everything (she's an only child), and I think she would love it, and I would love doing it. There is nothing big she needs. I've bought her a couple of little things so far. But I would get her say gift cards for Starbucks, Subway, Quiznos, Victoria Secret, Gilley Hicks, Abercrombie, 7-11, ooooo this is gonna be fun, thanks Robin!

YW! I wish I could credit the original person. She bought the small metallic tabletop tree. I'm filing it away for one year. I think it's great for an older girl who'd hard to buy for.

My dd is 13 as well and I bought her the ballerina Uggs. She needs something else to wear other than Ugg boots or sneakers. I got them at a clearance price. I also bought some Abercrombie clothing (kids sizes, dd is very petite and wears a size 10 kids pants) on clearance.

She loves the Eat This Not that books, so I plan to buy her them.

Another thing that I'd like to buy her is a Pandora bracelet and charm. I thought that would be a special thing since she is now a teenager and it is something I can add to for each gift buying occasion.
