Christmas Gift Idea for Softball Hitting Coach

My daughter plays travel softball and has been going to the same hitting coach for the last 2 years. I want to get her (the hitting coach) a small gift for Christmas but am a bit stuck on ideas. Besides a gift card, what would be some other things you would give a hitting coach for Christmas? I am on a budget so would like to keep her gift around $25 (is that to cheap?).

As a side note, her coach has 2 little girls (both under the age of 6), one of which we see quite frequently at practice. I am making those hot chocolate mason jar gifts for the girls so they will get something separate from mom.

I am a softball coach (and mom of littles) and one year one my players gave me a Disney gift card. It was really sweet because I had been talking to the mom about our upcoming Disney trip. Other than that I enjoy Academy gift cards to get supplies and also restaurant or even pizza gift cards for those nights when it's late and I don't want to cook.

ETA: a bottle of wine is nice too!

DH coached soccer for years (kindergarten- high school, travel, boys and girls). He loved sporting goods gift card, restaurant gift cards, and guitar center gift cards (but no one would’ve known that). He also really appreciated a team picture signed by the players.

Gift cards aren't exciting but they are always appreciated. Nobody wants more holiday mugs, dish towels or sport themed ornaments. Homemade food gifts are always iffy since I won't eat anything from someone that I don't know well and have visited their home. I need to know that their home is impeccably maintained. I have a friend who always brings over homemade cookies but I have been to her house and know that she has cats which I have seen jump on furniture and counters. I thank her nicely for the gift but as soon as she leaves, these items go straight in the trash.

Give a GC and a personal note of appreciation for how much she has taught your DD.

We usually did a nice note and gift card for coaches. Usually gas or a restaurant.
