Christmas events

When does the schedule for December events normally come out? More specifically.... MVMCP.

I think over the last couple of years it has come out around August.

We waited for it (for what seemed like forever!) a couple of years ago and I think it was early August??? I'm waiting again this year!

I thought last year MVMCP tickets & packages came out alot earlier than usual - like late April. CP was later, mid/late August. Narrators don't come out until October/November.

Just to get things straight in my mind - This is Mickey's Christmas party right? I know most of the abbreviations on here but not sure of this one. I hadn't considered going to this. Is it worth the money?

The CP is open to anyone, but you can buy a dinner package and then get preferred seating in the theatre - am I correct?

WOW, so much to learn - and it's so much fun doing the learning

I think that the party is definitely worth it! DH & I had a blast when we went in 2001. The weather was perfect, and the crowds were low. Most rides were a walk-on due to the amount of tickets sold. I highly recommend it!

Yes you are correct Louise - The Party is great fun I went for the first time last year and had a great time - but I wish I had spent more time watching the shows. You get some hot choccy and biscuits, it snows on main street and you get a free Xmas photo of you and your loved ones that gets shipped home to you. All the rides are going and all in all it's great fun. Oh and all the characters are in Xmas costume.

I haven't done CP but again you are correct that its open to everyone but if you want guaranteed preferred seating then you need to do the package.
