We just booked for a Christmas trip and I could not get ADR for Chef Mickey or Ohana on the night of 25th(I expected as much so I wasn't really disappointed.) Took CM's suggestion for 7:40 at Whispering Canyon which will be nice since we are close by at Contemporary and will be arriving at WDW at around 5:00 pm.

So, though I do have something, I am very open to other suggestion for dinner that night outside the parks....

We're doing Flying Fish at the Boardwalk on Christmas -- I've heard all good things about it.

I think the Wilderness Lodge on Christmas would be great, but personally I would try for Artist Point vs. WCC for a Christmas meal.

I'm not sure about the level of antics on Christmas at WCC, but given our recent dinner there in June, it's not what I would want for Christmas dinner. Others may feel differently!

You will love Christmas day dinner at the WCC. Arrive at the lodge an hour early and enjoy the aura in the lobby at both the WL and the VWL. The dinner at the WCC is a traditional Christmas dinner with Roast Turkey with all the trimmings and they will also have baked ham or broiled Salmon. Delicious.

I got my ADRs for 12/25 at Artist point. Of course I dont have any kids but even if I did I would probably do Artist point, it is all about Christmas dinner, :santa: fun times are in the park. I dont think it matters hwere you eat if you have kids, the park alone will give them that excited feeling and maybe just have a queit meal for christmas then resume back to the fun after the meal. :) WCC sounds good but are they going to be joking and have the fun that they have on a regular day, not sure about that. Good luck no matter what you choice, You'll have a great time spending a Chrismas in DW :santa:

We have been to wdw for xmas week the last four years. we have made a point of not going to any park on xmas day...too crazy. 2005, we had breakfast (late 10:30am) at BOMA and then went to DTD for a movie and had xmas dinner at Artist Point in WL, it was beautiful and put you in the xmas spirit. 2006 we went to CP for xmas eve with dinner in Japan, then xmas day had breakfast at 1900PF(great food and atmosphere) and shopped at DTD and then very late dinner at CG (9:15pm) but got there early enought to see Wishes!-great food and wonderful view of MK. Last year we went back to 1900PF for breakfast, and late dinner at Boma. Great all 3 times and didn't miss the craziness of the parts for the holiday. We miss xmas this year, but wil be doing NYE and day(we will be DHS for NYE).

I have an ADR for Chef Mickey's for Xmas day. Does anyone know what they serve for dinner on Xmas? We have been before but never on Xmas. Allears states holiday items, but I'm not sure what that means. We thought it would be fun to be with Mickey on Xmas.
