Christmas decorations?

When is the earliest in November you can see Christmas decorations in the parks? At the resorts?

We visited WDW this year starting November 18 to 26 and the Christmas decorations were up when we arrived...

We were at the parks Nov. 12 and the decorations were up. They were even up in some of the resorts!

We went from the 10th to the 18th and gradually over the course more and more went up. I overheard someone say that they did a resort a night. MK was pretty much up and Epcot was "getting there". Mainly I noticed that they were first of all getting the "big" things up. Areas where they usually have tons of pointsettias and stuff were still not done when we left. The Osbourne Lights were up on the 14th I believe, which was nice, because we got to see them again too this trip. I love Christmas at Disney but we decided this year to try November instead and even though I don't think you get the "whole package" until Thanksgiving, seeing more and more decorated as our trip went on was really nice and special.
