Has anyone been to the parks on the Day of Christmas. I know its kinda weird but we are returning to Orlando Christmas Eve day from a short cruise and were thinking of hitting the parks one more day before our flights left.
Are the lines long? Should we stay on property or near by? Help. TIA Kim

I've never been on Christmas day, but I've gone around Christmas time and I would definitely recommend staying onsite. We stayed at the Hard Rock 1 year and it was decorated really nice, plus Santa was there for the kids. I'm not sure about the lines for the parks, but I know the parks are also decorated and have a nice atmosphere. I would love to see the parade and Grinchmas on Christmas Day!

I've been on Christmas Day a few times (although not the last two years), and it is usually pretty crowded. We like to go in the afternoon, but we just go to walk around for a while and enjoy the atmosphere and don't really try to do too many rides.

Now you guys have me worried. We are staying at HRH on the 12/19 and 12/20 and then Ive booked the Homewood Suites for the 12/24 and our plane leaves at 3pm. So Im now wondering if I should change my ressy. Do you think that our room keys will give us passes for the 12/24 and 12/25. I know they let you keep your room keys and I dont remember them checking them when we used them for FOTL. Suggestions????
