Christmas card from the class question

I am room mom for my dd's 1st grade class. What is a better way to sign the Christmas card that is going with the class gift: Buy a nice card and write from "The Class of 2020" or from "Your Class" or should I make one by sending green paper to school and have each child trace their hand (and put their name on it) & I will cut it out and make a wreath on the card and it will have each child's signature on it?

Who is the gift for? If for the teacher, then do the green hand thing. Maybe mix it up with green and red for the hands?

If it's a gift for someone who is not that intimately involved with the class, a nice signed card from the Class of xxxx will do.
