Zoe's surgery is scheduled for 1/13! So we don't have to worry there. I did make a call to the primary care doc today to request they remove the notes from her chart stating that I am a belligerent parent who is refusing treatment for her child.

You are really close girl.. I think when my Mickey Mail comes in I'm going to start crying knowing that this trip is not going to happen unless by some act of God things work out in my dh's favor and that he will pick up a job before this weekend when I have to call member services and cancel the trip.

Sooooo glad to hear they put Zoe's surgery after your trip and Christmas. Then y'all can relax during the trip and over the holidays.

I think that Zoe's surgery will be much better timed this way. Also, it is on a friday and with the several nights in hospital it will mean she won't miss too much school.

yeah... I am not sure why my doctor insists on having the nurses she does. They always seem to be trouble.

Actually, if all three of us could meet up that would be cool. Whatever works for you (and everyone else) also don't want to infringe on your family time...but I know that it really sucks not taking an opportunity to see/meet each other when we are basically right in the same area.

Yes I would love to so we have to wait to catch Amy and ask her! That day we are pretty free to do whatever- it will be the 2nd day in Epcot and we are just going to wander around and see things we missed or want to do again from the other day!

As for meeting up... the ONLY thing we have set in stone on the 16th is ADR at WCC at WL at 5:25p. That can seriously be changed to something else. And the kids and I could meet up with your families anytime after 4p (give us time to get settled at resort, etc.) and then at some point I want to take the kids to Fort Wilderness to tour those xmas decorations - which could also be moved to the next night. I will have to have my kids with me though. I would hate to think of the shape the Poly would be in if I left them on their own for a bit... Erin would be tied up and the boys would have the run of the place for certain!

But if it would work easier to meet up in Epcot, I can move our dinner ADR to there the night of the 16th and have a quick meet - I know Ann has one at the Contemporary at 6:30p. What time will you leave Epcot to head over to The Wave?

I should be excited for my MICKEY Mail that came in today but all I can do is just be very because the trip I had planned for the majority of the year might not get to happen if my dh don't find a job by this weekend. When I saw it in my mail box today I broke out in tears.. Oh PLEASE let my hubby find a job this week..I want to be able to meet you in person and enjoy all the Christmas stuff they have there in DW..

It truely was a lot like Chrismtas today.

First, I am working on behalf of Disney and Blackhawk to install Christmas displays with DL park tickets and Gift Cards on them. I should take a picture of one, but suffice it to say it is very merry and very cute with Mickey and Minnie and Goofy... very cute. So this is what I am doing work wise...totally Christmassy. Then you add in that the stores are starting to play Christmas music... With all the holiday stuff in it is hard to not think of the upcoming trip....


THEN a very special package arrived. I just can't get over how generous people are on dis. I have made such wonderful friends. I feel too lucky!

So Zoe received the best stuff (as did I) but Zoe now has a plane survival kit with a backpack to carry it all in. She is set for the plane ride now!!!

I cant get over this backpack. It is totally perfect for Zoe and will get heavily used.

The picture doesn't do it justice. You can kinda see her griping a large book...that activity book is going to keep her busy for a long long time on the flight. The luggage tag (princess) will help me know which is her bag and which is mine since we have matching brown bags.

And I love the goodies Zoe got. But also - I can't believe how much older she looks than the last pics I saw of her. Maybe because those were your game pics and she was only 2-3 in many of them. She sure is growing up. Don't blink!

I LOVE photo heavy reports! (I've done a horrible job putting photo's in my PTR) And dont take the best photo's either...but I try!

We're staying at POFQ! I am so excited to stay there! I'm 30 days away! And I am SO excited I cannot even explain! The closer it gets the more I just CANNOT wait!

I really shouldn't laugh but it does because me and my little step sister "played a game" with my older step sister and that's what the game was-- we tied her up and timed it to see how long it took her to get out of it But I don't want it to happen to Erin!!!

Oh I love the decorations in the store now too! They make me so happy! And I am sorry that Steve caught it! Isn't it funny how when men are sick they turn into kids and when a mom is sick she has to suck it up? I am really tempted to take Damien over to catch the chicken pox from a high school friend's daughter, but I am not sure that would be a good mom and I am thinking of how much I have to get done around here and I don't think I have the time for anyone to be sick right now! I know that sounds horrible and I agree, I'm sorry!

As for Epcot, whatever you guys decide I'm good! So if you wanted to meet after illuminations that is fine or before that is fine too! Or at Wilderness lodge- but I don't think that would work for Ann! And maybe if we met after Amy can still get to her dinner and Ann can eat, do CP and watch Illuminations!

We thought we had one lead but it did not pan out. He does not have the required clearance that he needs for this kind of job so we are back to square one. My hubby is in the Intelligence field so he has to have a certain clearance to get certain kind of jobs.

As you may of noticed I took off my ticker. I guess the realization of us not going next month is sinking in finally.
