I received the ones from the last sale and LOVED them!! Was hoping for another sale!!!

Thank you so much!!!!!

I just ordered one for each DD, for stocking stuffers.

For older dd, made a collage of 5 pictures of her during this past summer's camping trips on the front, and on the back using the patriotic lettering (she loves flags/patriotism), I wrote 'I love camping'. For younger dd, made up a 5-picture collage of pics taken during our mother-daughter horse camp weekend, and on back, wrote 'I love horses' with a cute heart background.

Ordered the large size, so that they can use them as pencil/supply pouches at school, :)

Only cost $6 for both of them, and it was free shipping, :)

I have never ordered from arts cow -- can you tell me if the bags are nice and how long will it take to get them? and how long the code is good for?

I haven't ordered the cosmetic bags so I can't speak to their quality, but I have ordered from Artscow and it can take up to 6 weeks, they're coming from China I believe so definitely order early if you want them for Christmas.

I got a couple of presents already done. Since I don't have any kids, its a little easier for me. I got my dad a small propane grill that he has wanted for awhile. I got some books from Borders when they were going out of business for some people. I am picking up stuff along the way. I also do a ton while I am in Florida. I will be there for two weeks in December so I look forward to having it all done and wrapped before Christmas.

Wow, thanks for that! Just got 4 large bags for $11 shipped! 1 for each of the kids' stockings, 1 for me, and 1 for MIL's Xmas!

Yes, thanks for the artscow link!!! I got my mom and sister one, and will fill them with Bed Bath and Body works things! I also got one for each of my girls to fill with chapsticks and nail polish!

In addition, today I got the baby I nanny for his Christmas gift. Using TRU's B1G150% off deal, I got him train tracks and an accesory set with two trains, conductor trees etc for less than $20!

I also got my oldest daughter a Vera Bradley wristlet 60% off from a post on the budget board!

I also bought a bamboo thingie my younger daughter wanted, full price! :confused3 But she said she'd cry if it weren't under the tree so I caved! :rotfl: It was the last one in the store, so I had to do it!

Do you think a little girl's leotard would fit in the large cosmetic bag? That would make my week easier to pack up all the activity leotards on Sunday and have them ready to go.

I just bought my sister's present- a Lion King mug and Tinkerbell pj pants from the Disney store. I feel really behind this year- I usually have a ton of stuff bought by this time.

I do have a list of what I'm buying everyone, though, so I'm buying it as it goes on sale.

Got another Christmas present friday while shopping for DS's birthday. There was a up to 75% off clearance merchandise sale at Toys R Us while we were there so I picked up a couple Thomas the Train sets for my neighbor's younger son. One I will give to him for his birthday next week the other for Christmas. I spent around $18 total for the two but had I paid full price they would have been over $50.

Our big gift this year is that we are surprising the girls with a trip to Disney from Dec. 15 - 22. I am so excited for the trip but nervous as we have never done anything like this before. I have some weird disease that causes me to buy wayyyyyy to many gifts at Christmas and the kids wake up to Toys R Us exploding on our family room floor. Since we are going to Disney I am trying to limit the gift on Christmas morning to 5 a kid. I know they always say if we could just go to Disney we wouldn't want any presents. I sure hope they remember that on Christmas morning. I already told them that this year they wouldnt be getting anywhere near the amount of gifts as usual and that we were going to focus on charity work and the fact that we are celebrating Jesus's birthday, not gifts.

As for what they are getting under the tree, I am getting my 2 older girls American Girl dolls, one of which I bought at a yard sale for 20 bucks including accessories! Love it! :rotfl: I am also making them up each a big box of scrapbooking supplies and printing a bunch of pictures from Disney and giving them that so they can scrapbook our trip. I am going to start getting some of the deals they have at Hobby Lobby for their 50% off stuff. Other than that I am not sure for them. I am getting dd3 who is 2 a train table. She will love it!

I think I am getting my mom and step dad a Wii, my sis and brother in law a Wii Fit and a game for that, my other sis and her boyfriend a gift certificate for an arcade here in Ohio. I got it the other day from like Eversave or Groupon, cant remember which, and it is good for a large pizza, 4 drinks and 4 $15 dollar game cards, and I got it all for 30 bucks! Yea for a bargain!

I am not sure what to get my nephew who is 2. He has a ton of toys and not a ton of room, so I might have to get creative.

I also exchange gifts with my stepsisters, stepbrother and their spouses and kids. For the adults I usually do a gift together but this year I am stumped. I have gotten them movie baskets, food baskets, and the last 2 years gift cards for restaurants, but I have no idea what to get them this year. I don't know any of them very well so that makes things harder. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

DD loves all things Japanese & has been requesting a Bento set for school lunches. Her brother is getting a Nintendo 3DS so I have a LOT to spend on her. Yesterday I ordered her a Totoro Bento set from Japan on eBay. It wasn't cheap but I know she'll love it.

When you click on the bag that you want, then click on "Create It", scroll down to the the bottom of that next screen, and there will be a light blue box that says "advanced silverlight designer", and click on that, and from there you can choose all sorts of backgrounds, borders, layouts, etc.

I found that....I just can't figure out how to have multiple photos in a layout! I put one photo on, and it covers the area. WHen I tryo to make it smaller and put on another one, it covers as well.....feeling frustrated.

When you're on that screen, on the top left there is an "Add Layout" button... click on that, and it'll add a box to your project... click on it as many times as the # of pics you want, then you can move the boxes around, resize them, etc.

I got it!!!! Thanks so much!! I ordered last night, just plain individual photo cosmetic bags, in case the deal closed. I want these for me, and if possible, my girlfriends (using old pics of their kids I have). I hope to make one for dd as well, for her make up and misc stuff, with pictures of her baton twirling.

Thanks so much!!

Julia
