Michelle, so glad to hear your Grandpa came through surgery OK. I will continue to pray for him as he recovers and heals. I know it doesn't seem like it is a good thing but I have known people too who have some out of this and are doing very well.

What is the meaning of the little lights in the lower left corner of the posts...sometimes they are red and sometimes green. I also miss going to My User CP and not seeing my buddy list and knowing who is on. Am I missing this located somewhere else?

Thanks Jeanne, I know it is the online indicator but sometimes on my PC it is red and other times it is green and then when people are not on it is just blank???? Just wondered if the colors meant anything.

Hey Jill! Welp, it goes like this. To access your <B>buddy list</B> click on "quick links" at the top right of the page. You will get a drop down list that will include your buddy list. Click on that, take your first right, then go to the 2nd stop light..... oh sorry. Ok, next lets talk about those little lights you were asking about that change colors. You're seeing things, Jill. Ok, so maybe we're all seeing things. The <B>black</B> light means no one's home. The <Font color="green">green </Font>light means we're on. And the <Font color="red">red</Font> light. Well Jill, I have never seen the red light. But my guess would be that it means stop. As in "Stop. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200."

Hey Jilly, the red light means that the person is in invisible mode. However, if they're red, how can they be invisible because when they log out, it goes back to dark gray, or whatever that color is. So you know that they're on line or not!

howdy ya'll,

well, God once again blew me away with his faithfulness, i never lost faith, because i always believe up to the moment when the bus pulls away and i'm not on it. but God really out did himself on this superbowl prayer of mine. i got the call from fox wednesday afternoon, and i did tell them that i was available to work the superbowl. so he said that i would fly out on the 20th of january, go to work on the 21st, and work through february 7th, return home on the 8th. what a gig this has turned into. it will go a long way toward making up for the drought since the 1st. i was really beginning to think that i needed to start looking for another line of work, and trying to figure out what God had in mind for me. well i guess he showed me.

i just want to give him all the praise and credit.

we are certainly doing the happy dance here, but i do need to have prayers for dw, dd, and ds. they'll have to make do without me for three weeks, and they are already fretting it a little bit.

great is His faithfulness!

Thanks again for your prayers for my Grandpa, he seems to be doing alright. He's still in the hospital in semi-quarantine until the infection is completely gone from his system. Then he'll go back to the nursing home.

Phil, I'm so glad that you are getting the opportunity to work the Super Bowl! Praise God for answering our prayers! I will be praying for your family as they go through the time without you being there. Do you think you'll be visible on screen during the game?

I'm with Barb on the whole light thing. How can someone be "invisible" if you can see the red light when they're on but it goes back to grey when they sign off. Mine was red and I didn't even know why, I don't remember changing my settings to invisble mode. Oh well.
