I so love UNASHAMED LOVE!!!

My DS got a bass guitar for his birthday (14) and is joining our praise and worship team! He plays the string bass in school and has found it relatively easy to learn!

The more time he spends worshiping, the better!!! Praise God for this opportunity for him! A 14 year old boy is going through a lot of junk!

Just had to share!!!!

Thanks for sharing Barb! So glad your son is doing Worship! My oldest is 10 and I don't look forward to the teen years...but I have to admit he straightened out his mom today...I was having a bad morning and he led me to the source and helped me get to the next level this morning. Then he said, "Mom, don't call yourself a bad parent! How would I have known to tell you to pray today if you were!"
Ahh, those kids!

I pray for all teachers (and kid workers) and parents today who are guiding our future adults! Help us Lord, to steer them toward you and your truth and discipline!.

Michelle, It's All ABout Jesus helped get me focused today when I didn't want to do what I had to do! That song is so simple but one of my favs on that album.

howdy everybody, and happy new year to ya'll. i'm so behind, i hope ya'll had a very merry christmas. i've been so busy, started christmas day on thru new years day i worked three different football games. the only day off was monday when we drove down to houston. we took the kids to see polar express in 3-d at the imax, before we left town. it was incredible. it was so nice to take them all along for the trip, even if i didn't get to spend a lot of time with them during the day, we went to the downtown aquarium and had a really nice dinner.

on monday dw left for a children's ministry conference in s. cal. she called today from DL, and was having a great time. she comes home on friday, so it's just the three of us at the house til then.

but, anywho, just wanted to join the chorus and compliment you all on your fine singing and poems of the last few days.

Hi guys, my grandfather could use your prayers. He's had an infection in his foot and the doctor has been trying to treat it but it hasn't gotten any better. He was admitted into the hospital yesterday and they called my mom today and told her that the infection is too bad, it won't get better and they need to amputate his leg. They will be doing the surgery tomorrow morning around 11am. Please pray for him and the surgeons if you would. Thanks a bunch.
