Thank you Fur, Jeanne and Sis, for the prayers and ((hugs)), it means a lot. I am still not feeling well and the worse part of it is I have to go to work tonight. I even took a nap today and took a nice bubble bath to see if that would help me at all, but it does not seem to help much.

Sis, I hope you are feeling better. Did you get your test results back from the doctor?

It has been a very trying time for me in these past few weeks. My divorce was finalized, a friend from long ago came back into my life and then left without explanation, and my job has been particularly difficult. In all of this, God has seemed particularly silent or maybe all of the answers have been "No".

But in hearing this song this week on the radio, I realized that God is close -- even in the dry and barren times of our lives and that we grow in these valleys.

Thank-you so much Michelle. Everything is just fine, but I now understand the fear and anxiety of waiting for test results. You imagine the worst and must lean hard on God. Trusting in the steadfast love of God, no matter what the future may hold, can be the most difficult thing to learn. I love this word from Habakkuk 3:17-18

Though the fig tree do not blossom,
