It's going to be a difficult service -- my friend whose fiance committed suicide on Wednesday is planning on attending with her family. The Hallelujah Chorus is going to be so tough to sing with tears in our hearts! But God is awesome and victorious and He will reign!

This is my most favorite Easter song ever. When I was a little girl my Pastor at the time would pull out his guitar and sing this song every Easter. So powerful, I love "story songs", especially when you know what's coming and you build up the anticipation to when you will hear "He's Alive", it just fills your soul with gladness! I wish you all a wonderful and blessed Resurrection Sunday as we celebrate our risen Savior!

Edie, so sorry to read this news today...I was afraid this would be the case. You all were in my prayers over the weekend and will be in the days to come. You are such a good friend to her and she will need that support (in addition to that of her family).
