Hey all! Thanks for the Mother's Day wishes, and I pray everyone had a terrific day. I had a son sick, (still sick) but he is getting better and I am so thankful for the blessings as Tasha remided of us, of both my parents and my children.

Barb! I will truly miss you, sis, but I understand where you are coming from. A while ago I just decided not to go on the DIS other than here and that is what I do...I go right from my email to this thread only, (sometimes I go on Jennifer's "Thought for the Day" thread). I sure do understand busyness and the preparations for the wedding! You will be in our prayers and I will resend you my email so we can still keep in touch from time to time. Tiff, I have one Women of Faith tape and also two from the Renewing the Heart conferences. I'm going to WOF in November again. Did you know that WOF has forums like here...only ALL faith-based? I just recently got an identity over there because my SIL, who I tried to encourage to come here, found she liked it over there. She kept begging me to check it out so I have been there maybe three times. I, too, love Jesus, Lover of My Soul!!!!!!!!!! Everytime I hear it I get convicted. Truly it is all about HIM and not about me!!!!!
You Are My King/Amazing Love is one that I love too!!! He is the King of Kings!!!!!!! Breathe is another one that brings me to tears. I want to thank those who prayed for my cousin and her DH. Teh malaria tests came back negative....it seems that it was some sort of flu type illness.

Michelle....I don't think Freddie Krugar is someone I would compare you to Good devotional, something we sometimes forget.

Oh Mitchelle youll never understand when you posted that devotional yesterday what you did for me.

Jc2 i needed those songs and word also.But God has been reminding me He is my Source and so i will tell about my wonderful car wreck. Because we do over come by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testomony right.

Well my DH felt for some reason he should show up at DD's school (remember i worked there at the time) and take her home with him that way she could get ready for harvest party whatever cause it was Oct31. So i leave school-work to go desopit my pay check and get passed this store Albertsons and all of a sudden i have this (you know like when a Word is given and you cant hold back-or like when Jesus is telling you DO somthing NOW that urgency!) well i felt that say BUT ON YOUR SEATBELT NOW!! AND BUT IT ON THE RIGHT WAY!! (see when i do where it i tuck it weird behind arm cause of my one body part) and 2 miracle was i listened right away 1st was DH picking up DD so unexpected, well i travel not even 1 block and a drunk driver runs red light and t-bones me rightbehind drivers door. Sure i had some hurting parts but a hudge bump on my collar bone reminded me had i not had on belt i wouldnt be giving God praise on line here with you all. And police told DH if DD had been with me because of force of accident she would have been really hurt do to her head probably would have taken out passanger window even belted. Van was totaled,BUT THE GOD OF THE UNIVERSE TOOK OUT TIME TO TALK TO ME TO PROTECT ME !!!!! I was rejoicing for months Jesus, has our days numbered, remember how i used to hurt so bad over DS who died, feeling Jesus hand so strong on my life has made me KNOW that i KNOW He is in control and His love for me is OVERWHELMING!! You all remember when the childeren of Israel left Egypt and different spots along the way to the promise land when the Lord moved He would have them build alters one to give praise and glory and i think another reason was to be able to look back and say He redeemed us from this He saved us from that-permanant reminders well this wonderful wreck was and is a permanant reminder in my heart.

Tasha i cant wait to hear what God does in the hearts of the children and your BIL.

Lisa!! What a beautiful testimony of how God totally saved your life in that wreck. Never, ever let satan tell you that you have no purpose or that you are no good. God not only created you, but He has so obviously spared your life from harm. I know He has plans for your life. Keep your spiritual ears and eyes open. He will reveal it to you in His time!
