Anyone else got the "winter blahs"? This winter has been rather "boring" here...not enough snow to do anything with, so the time is just dragging by!

How much do I need God? He is truly all I have that is of any worth. He is All, and the only HOPE I can offer to my children. He is the only thing of significance in my daily living. Without Him, all of my efforts in my work, my marriage, my parenting, my family life, my friendships, my giving...are in vain. As I grow, I see more and more, my need for less of me and more of You, Lord Jesus.

If I'm sounding down-hearted, and kind of hopeless, I would have to say that "sweet surrender" is the most hope-filled, peaceful place there is.

Because His grace is eternal, I am standing today.
