According to a CM I spoke with in the Mexico Pavilion, it should be open before Saint Patrick's Day this year.

Me too considering that I was told last October (2016) that it would be opening in December for the holiday season. . . I was really hoping for the return of Fiesta Margaritas in addition to the specialty types--probably wishful thinking, but I really miss the Margarita Stand there.
