We leave on Monday and have realised I have forgotten the Pin on a credit card that we plan to take. Last year we used a credit card and were never asked for a pin. Has anybody visited Florida recently. Is it still the same system where they ask for a signature and very occasionally will ask for a photo ID? Thanks for your help.

Their chip & PIN system is still not compatable with UK system yet as far as I know. Wasn't in May and not heard any different. You should be able to just swipe, sometimes sign sometimes not.

The only C&P system currently in use in the States is for US bank debit cards only. I believe that we may see C&P more sidely used in the States soon due to PCI (Payment Card Industry) regulations.

Yes I always find that really weird that you don't have to sign and literally just swipe and go! :scared1:

It used to be $25 within Disney but last year a CM told me they had increased to $50. So any transaction under $50 no need to sign. Not sure if its still at same level. Not a very safe system.

The only place that I had to use my pin last year was in the cirque de soleil shop at down town disney.
