Big decisions. Timon is not an indoors cat. He's not happy inside. He can become agressive. My dad's coworker has a farm and is looking for a cat. I am not at home during the day. He would not come to live with me right now. Maybe it would be better for him to be there. I'd be heartbroken but it's not my parents' pet. IT's mine. But like I said, he can become agressive. I don't know what to do.

What a tough decision.....can you visit Timon at the farm?

Would your parents keep Timon? Or do they not want him/her since she's your pet?

Other good news... I might go to NYC From July 5 to 7 with 2 friends.

We'd be flying out of Burlington. They are so much fun. Older than I am. 40 and 45. But they are art colleagues and I love them to death.

Other good news... I might go to NYC From July 5 to 7 with 2 friends.

Oh fun! I would definitely say I'd meet you there but we'll be in Disney!!! well....hopefully....

Let me know if you need any NYC advice. I live about 20 mins away and DH works in the city....well, not for long...hence the "hopefully."

Emma, how long did it take you to receive your D23 things? I got a notice about 1 week ago that my items had shipped but they had no tracking number. And I'm still waiting.

Oh please I have had such problems with them!! I ordered my renewal in February, got an e-mail on March 10 that my membership has shipped and I STILL haven't gotten it!! I called them and they said they got it all figured out but I'm still waiting........I actually forgot about it but I should probably call again. What a pain!

It took 3 weeks or so for my D23 pack to arrive - and I seem to get the magazines a few weeks later than US members... I would phone them though & check

Wondered if you've been affected by the volcano ash cloud in Canada?!
There's been virtually no flights here and most of Europe since last Thursday because of it! - apparently it'll be gone by end of the week, but it's causing chaos as you can imagine - 1000s of people are stuck abroad ... the government has sent out Navy ships to 'rescue' people from Spain!

65F (Supposed to have a thunderstorm but it was just windy)

I woke up a bit later that morning. After all, I was on vacation. So why not sleep in? When I finally decided to get up, I got ready and went to eat at the foodcourt while mom got ready. I had the chocolate chip pancakes with some coffee. Chocolate chip pancakes are my fave pancakes, so I was happy.

I got back to the room, and settled in to watch my fave: Rachael Ray.

After the show, we were on our way to the Magic Kingdom. We had a ressie at The Plaza.

As soon as we walked in, we saw some of my faves.

One of the girls wished me a happy birthday. It was nice. I felt special.

We shopped a bit, then were off to the Carousel of Progress. As usual, the line wasn't long.

Once we exited the carousel, we walked by Space Mountain and I noticed it had a 5 min wait. So I went on, and my mom went to walk around the park. It was a walk-on. The last time I had ridden Space Mountain, it was in 2000 and I was 16. This time, it gave me a headache. Too much jerkin around for my taste.

After that, it was back on Main Street with mom, for a little bit more shopping.

Once again, we seperated a bit. And I went to the Pirates shop, and got an argyle Jack Skellington t-shirt.

It was neared our 12:35pm ressie at The Plaza, so I met up with mom in front of the restaurant.

My mom had the chicken grilled sandwich and I had the tuna sandwich. But were good. We are always pleased with our meals at the Plaza.

After our meal, we went back to Tomorowland. A friend of mine had asked me for Stitch merchandise. So I went looking for something else than a stuffed toy. I didn't find anything. We walked through Toontown, and slowly made our way out.

I was tired and had a headache. Why not go back to the hotel and chill? Reading and watching tv was on the menu for that night. After all, it was March break, and I had to go back to work the following week. I needed to rest.

Hmmm...I'm not really sure about good hotels in NYC. Haven't really had the need to stay over at all. What streets is it on? Have you looked at reviews on tripadvisor?

I DID recommend a good BBQ place to Emma today, though, if you are interested in that!

Waiting impatiently for my next D23 magazine to be flown over at the moment! apparently there are three different Toy Story covers!

Btw I love your pics of the Main Street singers! The 'welcome medley' is one of my favourite tracks on the '4 parks 1 world' cd.... "clang clang clang went the trolley" !!
I think I watched a video of the opening ceremony you posted on You Tube last year? It was really good

I love that show. It always makes me so happy. If I'm in a store and hear them, I'll go running out of the store to see them.

Sad news.

A childhood friend died of cancer yesterday. She was 29. I'm going to the funeral on thursday.
